One-click navigation. Call or text the customer with one tap via a masked phone number. Proof of delivery tools: take photos, scan barcodes, and collect signatures. Verify customer age with an ID scanner. Please note that your company must be Cartwheel’s delivery management system user so you can get orders from this app. Cartwheel’s on-demand delivery management software lets restaurants and retailers launch and manage a hybrid delivery program. With Cartwheel, companies can pick high-value orders for self-delivery and outsource the rest to trusted 3PDs with custom-branded tracking and Google review integration. We help companies increase revenue, save on costs and keep their brand identity. Our integration partners include Olo, Square, ChowNow, DoorDash Drive, and ezCater.
