Do not use - bolt deliveries

Great app but terrible when used by Bolt Deliveries. The company has no problem ignoring drivers and gives no real solutions.

Misclassifies Contractors and punishes like an employer.

This morning I had an emergency with one of my dogs and had to drop my order because I wasn’t going to make it.

I was sent a rude text message telling me that I’m being penalized for dropping the order and then as an act of retaliation they removed my order for tomorrow to try to punish me.

When I reached out and reminded them of Colorado Law and that their actions put them at risk of misclassifying me as a contractor and enacting retaliation against me for exercising my rights as a contractor, I was completely removed from the platform.

DO NOT LET THESE WORTHLESS SCAM ARTISTS LOOKING FOR CHEAP EMPLOYEES TO OVERSTEP THEIR BOUNDARIES.

THEY ARE NOT YOUR EMPLOYER, THEY ARE YOUR CLIENT.

I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF LABOR.

SCAMMY, SHADY, SLEAZY COMPANY. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

I REPEAT. THIS COMPANY IS IN VIOLATION OF COLORADO LABOR LAWS AND PROTECTIONS IN PLACE FOR CONTRACTED WORKERS.

Confirming orders

Please give us a button to confirm orders on our own as drivers. This will allow us to confirm orders that are for early morning runs. Many times if the order is to be picked up very early we have to get to sleep at an earlier time so we don’t respond to confirmation requests.

First catering delivery went great

I was just hired and my first delivery was 10/10. A little bump and n the road with wrong address info from customer, but quickly corrected and the supervisor support was 100/10 with help. I normally uber and the experience sucks almost always but this was 100x better just from one trip experience. Hope this helps anyone looking for employment through cartwheel and whichever employer that may use it.

It's a great way to make extra money on the side. They do have a tricky clause on how they pay you. They base what you get from the customer on what they pay you because they have a minimum of $20 delivery fee. So if the customer pays you $20 then ezcater will pay you $5 or less. You only get $20 from them if there is no tip on the order.

They made app for bunch of scammer who can scam poor people. I didn’t get paid for delivery I made. Unacceptable.

Easy to navigate

Works well for the most part. Occasionally have lag problems through the message part but other than that it works fine.

🚨 Why Cartwheel is terrible for drivers:
• 💸 Low pay for massive jobs – one driver delivered 100 containers of hot food, got burned, and was paid just $100.
• ⏳ Sparse work – some drivers report averaging only 1 order every two weeks.
• 🕑 Delayed payouts – payments can take 8–9 days or longer.
• 🏢 No accountability – Cartwheel is just software. It doesn’t pay drivers or provide support—everything depends on third-party companies.
• 🤥 Misleading order details – jobs are often bigger and more demanding than advertised.

👉 Bottom line: Cartwheel shifts the burden onto drivers while skimming profit for itself.

I did this for the first time on Saturday and earn $35.90 and didn’t even receive my pay and I text the dispatch and got left on seen so as a delivery driver I will not do no more deliveries to this until I get my pay

Update to support multiple companies

We are still waiting on the update that enables drivers to log on to multiple companies under the same cartwheel driver app. We hope you prioritize this, more and more companies are using your service and this is something you should definitely look into. Great app for drivers

The Cartwheel app is a great app if you’re a driver courier/catering driver working for different companies. As an app I definitely have to give his functionality five stars. I will give it four stars, and it will be five even better if the functionality of using multiple companies could be in the app all at once, and they can allow you to login With your multiple companies at one time and receive notifications from them all at one time do one under one app. But other than that, the platform is great. The notifications are accurate. The refresh window is great. Really good at for doing your Deliveries

Only 1 company at a time

I work for multiple companies that use this app….however can only see 1 company orders at a time. Such a pain in the butt app—lose lots of money because of this
