Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Galcon BT holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of Galcon BT's written reviews are positive against 44% of Switcher's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
