Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Dolls Kill at 65% against YRU's 16%. Dolls Kill also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (10K vs 180). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Dolls Kill holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dolls Kill has 10K ratings behind it against 180, so its average is the more settled of the two. Dolls Kill ships an update every 2 weeks, YRU every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
