Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Dolls Kill at free against BodyCandy's free with in-app purchases. Dolls Kill also leads on review sentiment (65% vs 49%) and ratings volume (13K vs 1.8K). BodyCandy's advantage is iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Dolls Kill against 4.8 for BodyCandy. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dolls Kill has 13K ratings behind it against 1.8K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 65% of Dolls Kill's written reviews are positive against 49% of BodyCandy's.
Dolls Kill ships an update fortnightly, BodyCandy every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
