Issues logging in
Please fix the bugs, I am unable to log into my account. I put in all my info but the screen doesn’t respond when I click sign in and when I try to create an account, it says my email is already being used. If you want to see your account info or write a review, the app is unusable for those features as of right now.

The app is kind of stupid but it’s ok, I’ve been buying my septum rings in bulk since I got my piercing and just rotate, never fails.
Never recd
I called emailed they said they sent out another , never recd that one either. My 1st order came as expected, then my 2 bd order of course this time I went for 14 it. That one they never resent
BUYER BEWARE! FAKE JEWELRY!
I ordered a bunch of stuff from here, including stud earrings, rook, conch, tragus, and anti tragus jewelry. Super cute and when it arrived everything looked great. Easy to put on, looked awesome. After about 3 weeks my 10+ year old piercings started itching and my skin around the piercings was green. I removed the stud earrings this morning when I woke up with one very swollen earlobe. Once the earring was out, I noticed that the earring itself was becoming a red color instead of silver and the earring back was black red, and had a bunch of green corrosion on it. These were advertised to me as .925 sterling silver! my supposed 316L surgical steel jewelry for my rook, tragus, and conch jewelry all turned red on the backs of the designs, and the ends of the post. My piercing holes are now black and irritated. Glad it was only silver and not the “gold” they advertise… my anti tragus was titanium with opals on either end and they both quickly came off the screws. I was able to glue them back on. 2 star for their prices and that the 2 jewelry pieces I ordered that were advertised as titanium actually are titanium. I’d rather shop somewhere else.. big disappointment.

ITS A SCAM
This was my first time shopping with this app, and wow—now I get it. It’s not really an online store, it’s more of a “comedy experience.” After being “exported,” my order was lovingly stored in a warehouse for over a month. When I asked why, their brilliant reply was: “We don’t know. We’ll let you know if we find out.” Pure genius. Then a few days later, I checked the tracking, and surprise—my order was shipped right back to the U.S. Honestly, the level of incompetence here is almost impressive. This app isn’t just badly run—it’s a social experiment in how useless a service can be. Not even a scam, just a complete waste of time and money.

Love the store, hate the app
I never leave app reviews, but I have never had a shopping app send SO many notifications throughout the day. Every 2-4 hours I get another notification about their sales and for that I am deleting the app and will just use the website. I do love their jewelry as it is great quality. I have been shopping here for over 10 years & have had great experience with the customer service.

Not working
I thought it would be more convenient than the browser. It let me log in once, but now every time I try to open the app, it freezes on the page that just has the logo. Honestly just use the browser
Missing jewelry & refused refund
Was missing more than one piece and when I reached out with receipts and sent all my information nothing happened.
so much damage caused.
I had swapped to all new jewlery from body candy in the piercings that had been around 5 months old. 3 weeks later, and every went down hill! My Tragus had randomly rejected, and two other piercings had a allergic reaction to the jewelry.
Not to mention, the ones for my belly button piercing turned green in a few weeks.

The worst keep your money
Was quoted Saturday for my order, it then is Monday finally receive an update. They then say because they “don’t feel comfortable” leaving my package as I live in a trailer court and that it is an “insecure location” that they say I have to retrieve my package from a post office. (Not telling me this til I call and ask where my package is) I go to the post office and since body candy sent my package in a letter envelope meant for paper/cards and not actual products I had to pay for my packaging because they sent it thru a mail slot and it then destroyed my product because it was sent by bodycandy in the wrong packaging. After opening it I see that there are multiple stabs and holes in my product causing there to be lost balls to my jewelry. Tried calling as well as emailing for days and get nothing no help no sorry no money back not even a product resent out. They are scammers can’t even send products in the correct packaging causing the people to have to pay extra for broken products. Even included photos and still nothing.

This website has always been great however the lag is annoying. Definitely needs some bugs fixed or something of that nature other than that best place to get your jewelry!
Will not let me check out.
Every time I get to the check out it just freezes. I’ve done everything like closing out the app and logging out and logging in (which made my whole cart delete and I had to manually get everything back) and in the end it just won’t work. Funny, there is a 20% coupon for app only. So, I could use the browser like I’ve done for 7 years, but then I’d just miss out on the deal. When this gets fixed and I can actually use the app, my review will change.

Love body candy but can’t order
I’ve ordered from here a bunch of times and then saw there was an app and got excited to order new stuff. I get done adding stuff to my cart and go to check out and i get a pop up that says the shipping protection is unavailable and then a remove from cart and go to cart option. I click remove from cart but the pop up just keeps appearing never going away and never letting me order. Nothing in my cart is sold out and I don’t even have the protection plan in my cart. it just refuses to let me place an order. Hope this bug gets resolved I love body candy.

Worst checkout
I love the jewelry but horrible experience checking out due to ‘unavailable shipping protection in my region’ kept popping continuously even after selecting “continue checkout” worst wasted 20 mins on checkout!!
