Vault makes that proof in minutes. Walk through your new apartment and capture each room and item. A quick photo, a timestamp, and a note on its condition. Vault organizes it into a clean record and turns it into a professional PDF or spreadsheet you can keep, email to your landlord, or hold onto for the day you need it. No more scrambling through your camera roll at move-out. No more "it was already like that" arguments with nothing to back you up.
