Practice reading EKGs in lead II Basic EKG interpretation is more accurately described as an intermediate level skill that takes time, practice and refreshing. Whether you are a doctor, nurse, EMT or tech your ability to read and pickup on basic EKG changes in real time is essential. Practice with an app that actually looks like what you see at work. Use the app’s ‘Study Mode’ to choose one or multiple rhythms to view and compare. A brief description of each rhythm is provided, you can also pause and restart rhythms. Delete and add specific rhythms as desired. Rates, amplitudes and widths of the rhythms are dynamically set which provides for a more realistic simulation and variation within each type of rhythm. Use the app’s ‘Game Mode’ to challenge yourself to identify rhythms presented randomly in lead II. If desired, you can also custom specify which rhythms to include in the game. Access to Study Mode and Game Mode requires a subscription via in-app purchase. Please Read: The purpose of this app is not to teach basic EKG interpretation but rather to practice basic EKG interpretation. If you don’t know basic EKG interpretation seek out additional resources such as classes, books, online materials and mentors to learn more and further your understanding. Note: The cardiac rhythms presented by the app are simulated approximations. There is NO guarantee to the accuracy of rhythms presented. While accuracy is not guaranteed it is a goal. AngelTrack Beacon
Read full descriptionHide full description
AngelTrack Beacon is an optional add-on to your AngelTrack cloud server. It provides 24/7 live GPS position data for your devices, which phone home so as to appear as pins on your dispatcher's maps. The app runs unobtrusively in the background, and can report each device as either: * the position of a vehicle ("Medic3's iPad"), or * the position of an employee ("Scott Jones' personal smartphone"). This gives your dispatchers a consistent and steady picture of the locations of their vehicles and crews, even when their mobile devices are asleep. There is no charge for the app, nor for the 24/7 live GPS position tracking service in your AngelTrack cloud server. There is no advertising or other use of personal information. Everything is included in your AngelTrack license. After installing the app, each device must be issued a token from your AngelTrack cloud server. The token identifies which vehicle or employee the device represents. Issue tokens from the corresponding "Vehicle Edit" or "Employee Edit" page in AngelTrack. If the mobile device is assigned to a vehicle, then issue it a vehicle token; otherwise issue it an employee token for the person who carries it.
