Yoga for Better Balance: A Special Event for Seniors
Starting September 18th, our app Chair Yoga for Seniors is hosting a week-long event to help older adults improve their physical balance through gentle chair-based yoga. Coinciding with Balance Awareness Week, this special program invites users to discover the restorative benefits of chair yoga – no mat required!
Over the course of 7 days, the app will feature a series of customized yoga flows and balance-focused exercises. Led by our experienced instructors, these routines are designed to strengthen the core, improve coordination, and reduce the risk of falls – common issues that can impact seniors' mobility and independence. Participants can look forward to a mix of supported standing poses, seated twists, and seated balance work, all adaptable to individual needs and fitness levels.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this event is an excellent opportunity to incorporate balance-enhancing movements into your routine.
