Needs SMS support..

For non 050 users. It's a great app and I'll give it five but it needs the ability to text phones other than 050 account holders.

Good App to Obtain Another Phone Number

Differently from Viber and LINE, you can have a Japanese phone number dedicated for IP phones (050-xxxx-xxxx), and make/receive a call with most landline and mobile phones. The monthly fee of 315 JPY and calling charges are reasonable, compared from Skype. You are required to have an existing mobile phone number for authentication to complete signup.
