Pretty useless
How to switch the language to English?
It’s all in Korean I can’t use this app cause I don’t know Korean. Any way to switch the languages?
Phone verification
App requires you to verify your IF using Korean servcies which does not make sense for someone living in United States. Also, language should be available in the very first screen not after you sign up.

다 좋은데 본인에게 가장 잘 맞는(궁합 점수가 높은) 순서대로 정렬하는 것도 있었으면 좋겠어요 ㅜㅜ.. 저같은 경우에는 화장품 아예 모르는 사람이라 하나하나 클릭해서 뭐가 나랑 잘 맞는지 확인하는게 너무 불편해요

포인트 정책 바뀐거 정말 별로에요
이번에 제품 구매할 때 가격의 50% 포인트 사용 가능했던거 20%로 대폭 축소 변경됐네요. 리뷰랑 이벤트로 포인트 열심히 모으면 뭐해요 얼마 쓰지도 못해서 유효기간지나고 다 날라가는데.
솔직히 화해에서 엄청 밀고 있는 몇 개 브랜드 제품 외에는 그렇게 저렴하지도 않고 거의 정가로 판매하면서 포인트도 쓰지도 못하게 하면 더이상 화해의 메리트가 없는 것 같아요. 꼼평단 당첨 되는 것도 어렵고, 포인트 얻기 위해 리뷰쓰는 사람들도 점점 줄어들거고 그러면 어떻게 유지하실건가요..

Not In English
Updating my response after receiving the feedback. The app does say Korean. I will access the English version from the web. Thank you. 06/08/25
I’m seeing everywhere that Hwahae is now in English but the iPad app is still in Korean. If there is an English version then the first question after downloading the app should be to select the language. I saw a previous recent review that said that you need a Korean phone number. Nothing wrong with that. I am clearly not the target audience and that’s okay. - 05/27/25

그냥 올리브영이 됐네요
그냥 판매를 위한 앱이 됐어요 화해 어플 처음 생겼을 때부터 쓴 사람인데 그때가 너무 그리워요 랭킹도 다양하게 맞춤으로 선택할 수 있었고 꼼평단이 없어 정말 솔직한 후기와 순위가 있어서 잘 애용했었는데 이제는 그냥 홍보 수단이 됐고 화해 1위라고해도 이제는 별 느낌이 없을 정도로 신뢰도가 떨어졌네요

This app is honestly really helpful to have but yes I do wish there was some sort of english translation even if it wasn’t that good. Better than screenshotting every page haha.

This app seems incredible but right now I’m having to google translate every product that seems good, and couldn’t find a English setting, maybe I’m missing it or it’s not a thing on the app.
Multi languages?
I feel as thought making multiple languages for such a great app, such as english would be very beneficial. As my Korean is terrible.

this was my go to app forever for looking up ingredients in KBeauty prodcuts. they had both the korean and english spelling together.
they remove the english now - PLEASE BRING THE ENGLISH-KOREAN format back!! kbeauty is so popular in the west and yet you took away the english translation. i have to click on each ingredient now to see it.

갈수록 실망
예전에는 출석체크하고 쿠폰 받았을 때 할인되는 금액이 컸는데 이제는 10% 할인 15% 할인 20% 할인 전부 한도가 5000원이어서 크게 메리트가 없어요ㅠ
쿠폰이랑 포인트도 같이 적용 가능했는데 이제 그것도 안되고 포인트도 만 원 이상 결제할 때만 사용 가능해요.
화해에서 많이 샀던 게 할인폭이 커서였던 건데 이렇게 바뀌면 화해에서 많이 살 일은 없을 듯합니다.
성분 분석하는 용으로는 쓰겠지만 쇼핑할 일은 줄어들 듯

혜택이 너무 줄어요
정말 몇년째 애용하던 어플이었는데 그 가장 큰 이유가 혜택이 많아서 였습니다. 최근에 크루이벤트도 없어지고 최대할인가도 만원에서 오천원으로 바뀌고 이제는 쿠폰과 포인트 동시 적용도 안 되고 과연 이제 화해 어플의 메리트는 어떤 것일까요? 개선되길 바랍니다

꼼평단 때문에 평점 올라간 것들 너무 많고 제대로 된 제품 구별하기 어려워졌어요. 화해 그동안 잘썼는데 이제 신뢰성이 떨어져서 못쓰겠어오.
