The app always has issues, it is outdated, and now it has disconnected and I can no longer log in

Will not accept password and then will not send email for password reset, even after changing on main account. Zero customer service available, waste of going to gym if you can’t get in.

I just joined and the app doesn’t work? I’ve reset my password twice and confirmed everything is correct. Kind of pointless….

Wont let you login with the email from your account even if you change the password from the website, and the automation doesnt send the email link.
If it doesnt get fixed paying for this membership twice a month is pointless, especially with the barcode to get in the gym being on the app.

Qr code does not scan
The scanner does not read the QR code. I cannot get into the gym without have to send myself a code. Please fix this soon

The latest update makes it impossible to scan the QR code which was decreased in size. Please fix.

Can’t login. Can’t reset password. The old app quit working on a holiday, so there’s no staff to help. I didn’t even know the last app was broken, not sure why it needed to be fixed. All I need is a QR code to access the doors, why is it so hard?

I’ve sent multiple password reset requests after entering my email which I know exists in the system and… nothing. What is happening? I can’t log into the app.

This is the worst app I’ve ever had. Can’t login and it’s glitched. It doesn’t send email to change password. I downloaded old app and even changed my password with that one and tried redownloaded this one to see if that would work and let me login. NO. Absolutely not. This is a joke when we have Ai and GPT. Get it together!!!!!!!!

Tried going to the gym after work and the app wouldn’t let me login, and wouldn’t let me reset my password by not sending an email.
