Needs an alternative
There needs to be an alternative if the app isn’t working. It’s so annoying that I have to tell them my phone number everytime I go. I’ve been going for months and it’s still unable to log me in. I put the reset password as well and even then I don’t receive the email! Frustrating.
No update or nothing?
My profile is showing one workout completed. I clearly have been working out several times a week. Why am I not allowed to book a class???? Oh wait, it shows I’m booked but not on my end. 🙄 the staff says it’s been an ongoing issue signing up for classes. Well how are we supposed to know if it’s booked or not? Chile please. I signed up for a trainer twice a month. My membership shows I signed up for weekly training. I am not able to cancel until June. Smh. I like this gym but the lies and the app aint it

Broken app
App forces you to turn on notifications and afterwards doesn’t allow me to get past the barcode. Broken.
Day 1 all the issues *new information *
This observation comes DAYS LATER
The word NEXT to enter the app is white on white. If you are hear cause you can’t get passed the barcode screen the word next is bottom middle of the screen You can not see it . I’ve been able to enter the app finally.
It says turn on notifications. Will only allow me a bar code. Screen is frozen. I can’t even log in on a website either. No one at the club is understanding. Then I get a phone notification. That says I’m unverified. No one at the club knows anything about this app. Fix asap. I can’t use it and I just dropped $$$ on a membership and trainer I’ve delete it and reinstalled also won’t let me change password.

App is Not Operational
I have become a new member, and this app sucks. I cannot get passed the barcode page. It will not load another page. I have deleted it an downloaded it TWICE. It is insufferable. Please fix your app!
