This is a scam app. It says there is a free trial, but I was charged $120.
Do not download this app under any circumstances.
They also refuse to issue a refund. I am extremely frustrated and angry.

キャンセルポリシーには返金と書いてある旨を説明してもアップルからしか返金不可。アップルは返金不可理由の説明もなし。消費者を保護する観点は全くなし。明確な回答なし。詐欺サイトであることを自認しながらも広告含めて改善されていない。ひかからないように皆さん注意してください。

詐欺サイトです。appleのカスタマーも放置しています。集団で訴訟しますかね？誤認広告で釣り、勝手に課金、返金もしない。また解約もすぐにできる仕様にしていない。何度もいいます、詐欺です。

このアプリのポリシーには同意をいつでも解除できると記載しているのにも関わらず実際できない。
13200円返金しない。ユーザーが泣き寝入りする構図です。あたかもサポートしてますと見せておいた結局返金もしません。とにかく気をつけて！消費者センター諸々このアプリを潰すまで闘います。被害者がとにかくでないように。
App Store経由のご購入の場合、返金処理はAppleのみが対応可能となっております。と結果返金できないじゃないか！appleのレビューなのにapple以外の購入経路があるのでしょうか。いづれにしても返金する気が全くない上記のようなコメントです。詐欺広告経由の詐欺アプリです。

結論、カード会社に補償してもらえ。返金できない理由の開示はできない、規約に書いてるから自分で調べろだって。
カスタマーサポートの女性も逆ギレ始末で、詐欺アプリを売りつけるアップルも同罪です。
その後調べたら規約に明確に返金不可理由の開示できないとは書いてない。適当にコールセンターもたらい回し。カード会社へ相談したけどそれは盗難や不正利用と違うのでappleに相談しろって。。詐欺に合う我々が悪いといわんばかりに詐欺を野放しにするapple

This app feels like a scam. It tricks people with a “7-day free trial” and then charges a full yearly subscription immediately. The content is extremely basic and nowhere near worth the money. I requested a refund right after realizing how useless the app was, but it was denied. Very misleading and disappointing experience. Avoid.

Can’t cancel the subscription
I tried to cancel my subscription and can’t find the link or email or any button where to press and cancel it. Also there was an icon “send an email to developer” and that one shows an error. Very frustrating…

Acessei o app pelo Instagram e foi mostrado um teste gratuito de 7 dias antes para depois haver o prazo de compra no cartão. Eu baixei o app e escolhi a opção de 419,00 e alguns centavos para teste de 7 dias antes da cobrança, e assim que aceitei o valor já foi colocado na minha fatura. Meu cartão vence em 2 dias e esse valor foi parar na minha fatura. E aí? Não gostei … e na própria loja do Apple Store mostra que tem vários planos de 1 ano com valores diferentes. Não dá para entender a diferença. Quero meu reembolso nesse valor que foi cobrado.

The creators of this app are scammers. Do not download this app under any circumstances. There are no buttons inside the app to cancel the subscription. They keep charging money every month. Customer support does not respond. I have been trying to unsubscribe for several months, but I cannot do it. I need help with this issue and I want Apple Support to pay attention to this and help me cancel the subscription. They continue taking money from my card every month, and I can’t do anything about it. This is unbelievable!

Scam. They charged my card outside Apple Pay without my consent. I never subscribed and have no idea how they got my card details.
Update: I truly believed that after the company replied to my review and asked me to contact support, they would genuinely try to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
They confirmed that the subscription charges were processed externally rather than through Apple subscriptions, which I found very confusing. What concerned me most was that the company appeared to have my card details despite my information not being fully correct, such as my name or address. I also received inconsistent explanations from support regarding the payment system.
Please be careful before downloading this app.

I thought I’d try it because it said one week free but they changed me 19.9£.
Deceptive Billing and No Support
I subscribed for one year and cancelled immediately to avoid renewal, yet I was still charged $89 USD a year later (11/4/2026).
Their Terms state that subscriptions are managed through Apple, yet no subscription appears in my Apple settings or purchase history, and I was still charged.
The payment was processed directly via Stripe instead, making cancellation extremely unclear. There was also no renewal reminder before the charge.
I contacted support multiple times requesting a refund and cancellation, but received no response. Very disappointing experience — be careful before subscribing.

This app is completely misleading and dishonest. They advertised a 7-day free trial, yet charged my account immediately without allowing any real trial period. This is a deceptive billing practice designed to trick customers into paying unexpectedly.
I contacted support right away asking for a refund, and they refused to take responsibility or help in any way. Their customer service is terrible, and their business practices are unethical. I strongly warn other users to stay away from this app unless you want to be charged without consent and ignored afterward.
