  • IPro Stretching

    This app is a little old-fashioned. What I mean by that is in the beginning of electronic technology if there was a voice it sounded like it was made by a computer. This one is like that.
    If you can get past the automated voice, it's a nice, simple app that will help you get into beginning stretching.
    I am a person who is not a spring chicken, and I allowed myself to get out of shape. Didn't even continue doing stretching. However, this app has allowed me to begin my stretching so that my mobility is better. Once I'm in full tune, I will more than likely update to a more detailed stretching app.
    It is totally worth the price!
