Why can I enter my address and get a fair estimate but then when I click BOOK and confirm, only THEN does it tell me that I can’t get a cab to this area? Uber would never do that to me.Kasablankah

Pretty Bad
I'm a tourist and downloaded the app as Uber isn't available in Vancouver. The actual app itself is easy to use except that the addresses loaded are all wrong and it keeps telling me there was a problem booking a cab and to call them. What's the point of having an app if I have to call anyway???Elcee86

It's bad. We were picked up the first time we used the app. The second time we waited 30 minutes before giving up because the app didn't book us a car. Uber/Lyft are badly needed in Vancouver. There is obviously more demand than Taxi drivers can handle.Van traveler
