Just Started
I just started using the free version of DealCheck a few weeks ago. I have been looking for software (Web & App that sync) to track my rentals and quickly evaluate investment opportunities. DealCheck seems to do that and very easily. I am a Real Estate Broker and I am finding this very helpful to evaluate investment opportunities for my investors prior to discussing with them. I have already recommended the app to one of my investors to give it a try. Very happy so far. **I would love to see DealCheck add the ability to summarize my portfolio. Would also love to see it let me enter rent payments, print P&L and rent roll, and log trouble calls. I don’t need anything more sophisticated than that and it would be the only software I would need. Hint Hint**

Excellent app that makes real estate estimates on the fly a breeze. I had my reservations about paying for it at first but the comp analysis is great and prevents me from having to contact my realtor all the time. Worth the $ in my experience.

This is just a user friendly simple app for analyzing any property. Been using for several months and I love it.
Easy To Use
This app is easy to use, provides property analysis for rentals, BRRRRs, and flips. I like building multiple scenarios and comparing which will give me the best cap rate. The upgraded version will provide additional analysis tools such as the offer calculator. I suggest this app for anyone needing a tool to analyze properties without having to build a spreadsheet.

Straightforward and easy to understand UI. This app is extremely helpful for running numbers on real estate deals, and being able to keep track of each deal is awesome. Great app!
So easy so detailed
I have tried others, and this app is great for analyzing real estate investment numbers. So if you are buying investment real estate for renting, flipping or wholesale this one is great. The copy paste from Zillow has saved untold hours of data entry alone. Bravo!

This app saves me time and more importantly allows me to make offers quickly and truly understand my costs. I can confidently make several offer options to potential sellers based on the exit strategies.
