User friendly
This is the best RE Analysis software hands down! The developers definitely has an investor in mind no matter their level. The site, app, and its information is simple to understand and I like the check-ins from support to ensure I’m understanding the information.

Not sure why people do not talk about this app more. It’s fast accurate and really helps evaluating properties and making an offer instantly. Also makes it nice and easy to send information to partner.
Deal check is an awesome calculator app
This app has allowed me to get access to hundreds of thousands dollars from private investors for fix/flips and buy/holds. Very quick way to create a professional report with your company logo and accurate MLS info unlike any other calculator in the market. Appreciate the people who created this app, as I would not have been able to scale as fast with out you.

Great Tool
I use it to practice analyzing deals while we are building our bank accounts back up for our next purchase. Will definitely use on the next purchase
Easy To Use
I am in the process of buying my first house and I have been using this app to help me decide which homes I’d be able to get cash flow from just a few roommates. I love that it takes more than just my monthly payment into account. I would highly recommend this app.
Great App for quickly analyzing Real Estate deals!!
I’ve used this app to analyze dozens of deals and it’s great!! You can import the property details and modify anything you want. It takes about a minute to know if it’s a worthwhile deal or not!! I also enter all the details after I close in a property and save the profoma so I can see how the property performs, over time, compared to my expectations. I haven’t used a lot of apps to try to do these things because I love the way DealCheck works. I use the free version and just delete a few properties when I hit the limit of (14?).

Deal check
I would like if the reports were a little more customizable. Like adjusting the options a little more. It would be nice if we could completely not include the interest or have no payments until cash out. There are a few other things that would be nice to include or not include. Or be able to add your own files or report pages from vendors and such.

Almost perfect
This is just about the best app for quickly putting together property analyses. I only wish that the comparables tool was a little better, and allowed the end viewer to click through and see more details on the property. Also, it would be nice if you could send a report link and the end-user had the tools on their end to customize some inputs themselves (rental estimates, expense estimates, down payment and rate types, etc).

You can click on each comparable property in the list and then click the "Show Additional Data" at the bottom of the popup to view more details and photos for each comparable property. And when sending property report links to other people, I would suggest they add that property to their own DealCheck accounts if they want to further customize or change any of the parameters. If you have any other suggestions, please email them to support@dealcheck.io.

Some very minor UI changes to constant items that I tweak like cost and rent details should require less jumping around - but I’m being Nick picky - and I can’t design something like this so maybe I should shut the f#*% up.

Amazing!!!
I am a complete newbie when it comes to investing. As I am preparing to purchase my first investment property, deal check has been such an incredible asset as I learn to analyze homes. This app is brilliant, easy to use, user friendly and very fun as I navigate this new world.
