Great but could be simpler
Some much good information from this app. But often times editing things you find yourself moving from page to page wondering how to I change rent price? And then you need to go to another page to change expenses.
A simple update to organize the pages and navigation on between them would go a long way for usability.

Almost Perfect
Incredibly useful app. I use it every single day. It would be nice if it were easier to scroll left to right on the “buy and hold projections” screen on the web version, but the app version is easy enough.
Great tool for analyzing properties
I was able to land my first deal utilizing this app. I love the ability to send reports to lenders or potential partners and also the offer calculator saves a lot of time punching in a bunch of numbers to meet your criteria. Definitely will continue to and have recommended to multiple people. Great app

Great app. Helps make the process simple. These guys know what they are doing. The continuous feature development and responsive feedback are the mark of a solid development and product management team over there. This young company is definitely customer focused and these features make it easy for new investors to create generational wealth for their families . Small tools like this which make it simpler to get in the game, are often under looked! One great user experience can lead to a life long investor! Kudos!

Near perfection!
I used to use a bunch of spreadsheets and other tools to analyze deals and come up with offer prices. DealChecm has replaced all of my individual tools with a single tool and has allowed me to make offers much much faster than in the past
Best analysis app I’ve used
I’ve used several apps to analyze deals and this is without a doubt the best! It imports most of the data for you, has reasonable estimates already plugged in, and has myriad ways to customize income and expenses. Plus, the metrics are easy to find and exactly the information a real estate investor needs. Highly recommend!

Great app!
The deal check app is a life saver. You can analyze deals in a matter on minutes. I have all my presets setup so I just throw an address in and change the rent. I do wish they would work on their insurance estimates they are very light in almost every property I have done.

Great app, well built with tons of features. I love how it gives tons of details along with the final numbers, plus it provides the actual calculations so you can understand exactly what each value is. Best calculator I’ve used to date!
