  • Takes information it doesn’t ask for...

Upon opening this app and logging in via Facebook, most apps are clear about what information they are requesting from you. When logging in, Facebook specifically said that this was not getting my friends list and would not allow it to post or send things on my behalf, however, immediately after logging in, my entire friend list was sent a notification within Facebook from me. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

  • Facebook Scam

As many others have said in the reviews: a family member on Facebook “sent me a gift” and so I downloaded the app to see what it was. Since it’s close to my wedding, I conceivably thought it was a wedding gift. Once I connected to Facebook, it sent bogus requests to all of the people in my friends list as well. It is a scam. After changing your password, I would suggest you go into your settings on Facebook and make sure to remove all access to your account from this app.

  • It’s a Facebook scam

I got a request from a friend on Facebook for this app so I downloaded it. After doing so I connected to it via Facebook and the random request from my Facebook friend turned out to be nothing. The most annoying and frustrating thing about this was that the app sent requests to a bunch of my Facebook friends WITHOUT my consent to do so. This is absolutely ridiculous. Now I have people messaging me about the app and I warn them it’s a scam of some sort and not to click on it.

  • Spam

I received an alert through fb saying a good friend had sent me a request. The app looked legit so I downloaded it and restricted access on the information it could obtain. Within minutes I contact said friend who informed me she did not send me anything. I immediately removed the apps access through fb and deleted the connection along with blocking it. Yet it sent out a notification saying I had sent my friends something through the app which was inaccurate. I only gave it access to my name and email address, yet it still got my contact information.

  • Seems like a SCAM

I was sent a request for this by multiple people on Facebook. So I downloaded it to see what it was about and signed in using my Facebook account. All of a sudden I got texts from multiple friends asking what the app was. The app sent out requests to my entire Facebook friend list WITHOUT my permission or notification. If they’re trying to make customers feel like their information is protected, especially since it is an app for purchasing gifts, this was NOT the way to go.

  • Sends request to all of your Facebook friends without asking

Got a request from a friend to download the app, clicked on it without thinking. The app had me log in with Facebook and immediately sent a request to all of my Facebook friends. I would never encourage my friends to download an app before I got a chance to actually use it myself. This is a pathetic and malicious way to spread your app and a sure way to make it so I won’t use it or recommend it to anyway ever again.

  • Automatic requests to friends

I clicked on it because I got a notification from a friend on fb, so I got it to check what it is. Turns out, they sent it on by clicking on it under the same circumstances and now I’ve sent it on.
  • What the ?

If you download the app, and connect to your Facebook it will spam all of your friends without permission.
  • Absolutely the best

I found this App to be a life saver! So easy to use and gets the job done. Without argument the best gift app out there in the market! Recommended for all to use !
  • Identity theft!

This app when linked to Facebook says “this does not allow this app to post to your profile”. However, it did automatically send everyone in my friends list a request from me to get the app, which prompted a hoard of responses asking me what that’s about. I deleted the app, and advise that nobody downloads this. It’s a complete invasion of privacy and is not legit. Through this app it sent everyone on my Facebook list a private message to download this under my name. People think I got them gifts, so now those that I haven’t responded to are going to get into the same problem, and it’s just a virus that gives access to your Facebook profile. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS APP!
