Too many steps and fees
Far too many steps to redeem gift cards from my credit card points and charged 5 AED for each card. I used to be able to get these in the post for a lot less hassle and without the fee but now forced to use this app as the only available option. Wallet doesn’t function properly. App is not working smoothly
I bought Noon pay and it took a long time to activate.
Even after redeeming the voucher, it didn’t add money to noon balance.

Unable to redeem full gift

Bug renders app totally unusable. Even tried deleting app and reinstalling since I have a significant card balance now trapped in this broken app. Please fix.AMphotoguy
A deceiving gift card terms
The terms of the gift card when purchasing didn’t state there’s a short expiry date on the gift card (1 week to redeem only) and didn’t indicate that it should be redeemed at once, the person can’t buy for example 50 and then use the rest later.
