Log in issues
Have to go through log in process twice before actually logging in. After the first time entering credentials, it brings me back to the login screen and says “session expired please log back in”

E-statements main issue
App seems to freeze each time I go to view my e-statements. Otherwise it’s alright. My other complaint is that the check deposit system doesn’t warn you if there is a problem with the check images. Someone messages or calls the next day which means the check deposit is delayed.

Touch id problem
I’m using touch id as my login and the app has been making me use it for several times now and I still haven’t successfully logged in.
App Crashes with Face ID on iPhone XS Max
App works fine until Face ID is set up within the App (fingerprint recognition)
App will repeatedly crashes having to uninstall and then reinstall, then not set up fingerprint recognition or else App will crash immediately upon opening.

Doesn't work
The last update said it added Fingerprint Authentication but it doesn't work.
This APP is a life saver
Really amazing to be able to transfer money right when I want too, and keep track of how much money I have at any time.
Needs Upgrade but it Works
I would like to see the fingerprint sign in option. I think that's the only important thing. The app itself is useful and convenient.
