A total hindrance I'm forced to use.
Crashes for a pastime, losses info when filling out task details.
Regularly displays multiple duplicate jobs.
Freezes when trying to close jobs.
Sometimes won't allow you to fill in drop down selections then won't allow to go back to the home page because not all info filled in.
Sometimes looses jobs completely, never to be found again.
Requires refreshing a module just to be shown a notification that a refresh is required in order to update task lists.
Unintuitively laid out. Eg shows option for deleting the job you're completing when adding resource times but home page doesn't have a "create a job" option without going into a specific module like all outstanding work orders.
Doesn't always accept the time details entered and then tells you the completion time cannot be before the start time forcing you to renter all the details again as it won't necessarily indicate what detail is the problem.
The web version is also horrendous to use and the system in general also doesn't audit trail details that really should be tracked. Ie no trace of who's deleted a job.
Just terrible.

Apologies but we’re not at all sure which customer you work for from your entered name of Trewdys. Would you be able to contact our customer support team so we can work with you to get any issues you’re experiencing resolved as soon as possible please? Regardless, it very much sounds like the problems you’re reporting might be network related rather than specific to our app; in that case, it’s even more important we contact your company so we can work with them to get this sorted! As an aside and regarding your comments on our desktop version, apologies but those just aren’t accurate and it’s possible you might not know how some functions work; when you get in touch, would you be able to let us know what formal training you’ve had please, so we can check?
