Stopped working after 5 days
Not sure where to request support for the bulb. Not worth the price of the bulb either. Super sketchy app that doesn’t work even 50% of the time. Wish I just spent a little more for a better quality bulb and corresponding app.ThrowRA-Want2Talk2BF

I only really use my light bulb for the rainbow light option or to sync with music, and it’s great but it’s weird that bright white light is thrown into the mix.eden milligan

Dimmed down?
It was great when I first got it. Lights were pretty and had a lot of colors lit my whole room. After the last update it made the lights dimmer, the “standard” yellow was so bright it made my room feel like day time in the middle of the night but now it’s not even enough to navigate. Don’t know what happened. Oh well, it’s still really cool tho.Show lessMiss professor

Color issue
Older versions have better colors, a yellow color option that is a bright natural/warm light setting allowing the bulbs to work as a standard light, and the option to completely turn off the lights from within the app.
Newer updates dim the default light setting without much brightness contrast, the standard light setting is replaced with a green yellow option that is completely useless, you can no longer turn off the lights completely, only dim them slightly, and none of the party settings work.
My recommendation to the creators would be to go back to the drawing board and start over.
And to the consumers please save yourself the trouble and purchase a different brand Bluetooth bulb.Show lessMemoToYou
Bulb flat out DOESNT work.
I’ve had this bulb for the better of 2 years now and up until the last update it was fine. But now it won’t even show up in the list of my devices whenever I’m trying to connect to it. It’s really frustrating when I come home in the dark, open my phone, and can’t get the bulb to show up! I’ve tried turning the lamp on and off again, taking out the bulb and putting it back in, and deleting and reinstalling the app and it’s no use! The bulb isn’t dead because after a while it miraculously connects again! Fix this bug now!Show lessDayday2020
