Predatory and broken
Shame on you! How did Disney even okay this?? I’ll find a way to make them aware of what this app is. This app is broken, actively hides your purchases and is down right predatory!
When you purchase a pack, you cannot access it. If you manage to find the set you purchased, which for me required uninstall, re-install and multiple closing and re-opening of the app, It presents only other paid options at every turn and not what you have already paid for. When you finish a puzzle and want to select another from the pack you paid for it takes you back to only more paid options and hides what you purchased.Show lessAussie G-Dubs
Fun puzzles :)
I love this app, it has crashed like 1 or 2 times (but I have an iPhone so that happens a lot so it’s okay); I love the free puzzle of the day (it’s nice b/c it’s literally for the whole day, so it doesn’t take it away when you close the app). I used to play this other puzzle app with $0.99 for a huge pack of puzzles but I like this Disney one better b/c the music is more upbeat and fun and I LOVE the Disney puzzles. I wish there were more Disney puzzles (like more TV shows & more movies), and you know what would be BEYOND cool?!? Is if while you are playing the Disney puzzle the actual music from that show/movie was playing. It’s nice I can play & still earn points with or without internet.Show lessNatasza3
Great puzzles for kids but major bug in app

I love this app but please fix the bugs! Does anyone at the app development company read these reviews?? I would be overall useage of this app is waaaaaay down because they have not fixed the crashing issue that has been a problem FOR MONTHS. And maybe reduced playing stats made them put this low on their priority list??
I contacted “support” and she said to restart my iPad and to double check that I had the current updates. I had done all of that before contacting them.
I do these puzzles to help me wind down in the evening. I have figured out how to (sort of) get around the consistent crashing bug/issue but it is ridiculous that this has gone on so long. This must not be a true Disney product but a cut rate license agreement.

I downloaded it for for my Granddaughter in 2016 but I do the daily puzzles because I find it very relaxing. Here is the problem. There are all kind of bugs within the app. They usually appear after a new puzzle update. Currently the app shuts down on its own and any puzzle moves you have made a lost. And it happens so quickly that you barely have time to start the puzzle. Please please please fit it. It’s good but...
Had this game about a month (ish) and enjoying it so far. Spent £20 on the 350 puzzles so I’m working through them.
Downsides are that my Disney/Pixar folder doesn’t work and I LOVE Pixar films, there’s very few films in this compared to what’s missing, there’s no Aladdin, no Black Cauldron, no Sword In The Stone and no Robin Hood. There IS a gazillion Frozen, Zootopia, Incredibles and Toy Story puzzles (which is nice) but I would like more selection of films...(especially Aladdin).Show lessRyPod-Mag B*stard and 94 club
Great idea, poor execution
The puzzles are great and it is fun to see the Disney characters but the app is unstable at best. I purchased the 2018 VIP pack and I have access to the 2018 member puzzles but beyond that I cannot tell which puzzles are purchased and which are free. It keeps trying to resell me the VIP puzzles.
The app continually crashes and at times you can’t even play a 6 piece puzzle without crashing. Also, the rewards do not always track what you play. I play the daily puzzle every day but the rewards do not track that even though it is a reward bonus.
I love all things Disney and I keep hoping they will improve the stability and user experience soon.Show lesslordmagister
best puzzle app for kids or adults
Actually i dont think you have to pay a lot of money at all. It offers 1 free daily puzzle you get, which often isnt a puzzle you would normally personally select, it gives you more appreciation for the movie and entices you to actually watch it plus there are nearly 20 that you get free when you win enough points completing little tests, which i loved doing! The graphics and colours in the Finding Nemo and Finding Dory are absolutely incredible, like amazing! The only one suggestion i would have is having the occassional day where you offer like a blitz of free puzzles and more achievements as i did most of them in a day. Oh and id love it if there were packs for the Cars movies for the 1st and 2nd movies, as i loved them!
Great app, highly recommend it. Anyone who really enjoys puzzles will appreciate it and its teaching my kids so much from patience, problem solving not to mention how to share (the ipad) 😜Show lessMadsysMum
Great to play
I love these puzzles & play daily. My only little grumble is, I wish it would link into both my iPads. That way both myself & 4yr old Granddaughter can play.1962au
This used to be such a great app ...
I loved this app when I first downloaded it and started playing but for the past several weeks it typically takes me 2-3 tries to even get the daily puzzle completed as a 6-piece puzzle because of the constant crashing. I haven’t been able to work on any of the other challenges to earn free puzzles because of the crashing issue.
I also have puzzle packs that I have purchased that are showing as being locked.
This is getting to the point that I’m very close to just deleting this app and finding a new one that doesn’t have these bugs/issues and that has a clear method of retrieving lost/missing puzzles laid out.Show lesskajudalu
Entertaining but has its bugs
Tried to tick off the ‘achievements’ only to have the app server foil it on the 62 day. Says that I have to check my wifi connection to get the free daily puzzle, which is peculiar since I have no problems accessing data on any other app on my device. Think it is their way to force you day count of free daily puzzle completed to zero so that I cannot reach the next milestones easily. No way to query the app developer on remediation.
And when the app came back online mysteriously overnight, the free puzzle was one I have done previously.....Show lesshlst69
Okay, but two big flaws
Overall, it’s a decent puzzle app with a wide selection. However, there are two really big issues which seem like they could be resolved.
1) Internet connection required to play. This an issue when we take our iPad on vacation and give this app to the kids on a plane. You can’t even play the puzzles you’ve already purchased.
2) There is no way to get a filtered view of only puzzles you’ve purchased. This is a major issue when kids are trying to find a puzzle themselves and keep getting frustrated they can’t play what they want.Show lessmtosch
