Love it except
It’s a little difficult to find what you have paid for. They should have a button to push so you can see all the ones you’ve purchased. I have only been able to buy like 10 groups of them unfortunately. Wish you could win some or earn discounts towards future puzzles. Other than that I love it. It’s so much funShow lessJessa11584
Very cute
Very cute puzzles! I love that they give you a free puzzle a day and that selecting different amounts of pieces, you collect puzzle pieces that you can use to get more free puzzles. I just got this and opened it today, and am deleting it because there is only one free puzzle, and that the pieces are small then large on the screen and then do not click on the puzzle itself, and does not connect to it until it is completed making it hard to know how to fix it. I don’t know how kids can do them with that problem.Show lesscarepurr
Do not pay for the packs
I paid for one set and my son was enjoying it, so I paid for the full pack. It then locked the set I had already purchased and it didn’t unlock the rest. Now we can’t access any of them and I have been ripped off over $20. Very disappointing.KJamesy

Keeps my daughter happily entertained once she’s found the packs that are available. I have to say I’m disappointed that the dashboard doesn’t pull puzzle packs that have been already purchased to the top to make them easier to find. I initially bought packs across 3 themes (Frozen, Winnie the Pooh and Nature) but these are spread out over a vast menu which isn’t very user friendly and quite frustrating, particularly for children. Could this be fixed?
Also I wish I’d read a previous review about not buying the ‘400 puzzle value pack’ - definitely wasn’t a good investment and would not recommend this option.
Besides the glaring issue with the clunky and frustrating navigation between ‘for sale’ and ‘purchased’ packs (so definitely make sure you disable in app purchases before giving it to a child!), and the pit fall of the value pack not being good value, it’s a good app overall and has provided a bit of peace and quiet while I make dinner!Show lessLikes Apples

I did not get all my purchases. I purchased the Disney Holiday Packs and the Disney Spooky Packs from the home puzzle screen. The Disney Holiday Packs was $9.99 and said 350+ puzzles one incredible price and showed 14 different packs in this one pack selection. Only 3 of them downloaded. I paid $9.99 for 3 packs that sold separately are only $.99 cents a piece?!?!?! Where are my other 11 packs that are listed in this deal? This also happened with the Disney Spooky Packs. There are 6 different packs listed in this pack selection listed at $6.99. Only 3 packs downloaded. I paid $6.99 for 3 packs that when purchased separately are only $.99 cents a piece?!?!?? Where are my other 3 packs? Please check on this. Not a happy customer right now. Either would like my other packs or a refund.Show lessGypsy-71

Ok. This game is very fun and easy. You get to choose the Level of difficulty you want for each puzzle, and all the puzzles look very pretty. I just wish that there were more free puzzles. There IS a way to earn more puzzles, but it's not guaranteed that you'll get one. Other than that this game is great. I would give it 5 starts if there were more free puzzles to start off with. Nice little time waster…BUT….
So I love puzzles, and I love Disney! You would think my collection was complete! Yeah…not so much!
Once you complete the stater puzzles…be prepared to spend some serious money…especially if you are like me and NEED to complete all achievements! That will NEVER happen with this app unless you spend the money.
Personally, I think the prices are ridiculous and most of the puzzles in a collection aren’t super great…but what can you do?
I definitely think it’s time for some updates because a couple of my achievements still haven’t been awarded even though it’s been several days since I’ve completed them.
I will be reaching out to support and hopefully they can correct the issue. But if not, then this one will go the way of the other money hungry apps…permanently deleted!!!Show lessSkullvr66
How is this a game?
First of all you get only one free puzzle to do each day! I would like to do more then one and if I can you have the pay minimum of $15 that is not worth it. It’s called Disney Puzzles but were s the Disney puzzles for free we all can’t pay for it and need some FREE puzzlesLachiebro

The free packs are in the 'Starter Packs' category on the home screen - you'll find two packs of free puzzles there selected from a range of Disney Favourites. There are 24 puzzles in those two free packs. You also get one free puzzle every day and you can win puzzle prizes when you hit achievements. The pack prices start around 2.99 depending on your currency. If you are not seeing the cheaper packs - do let us know - help@disneyjigsaw.appvery bad game 😞😞😞
on this game you can’t even play ☹️☹️. All of the puzzles are locked. And that’s why I’m deleting this game. on the add for this game it shows you can play with all of the puzzles but you can’t 😕😕😕.Hopefully they change this game so you can play it.Gg33337777
