Great app, but could better
I love this app but agree with other reviewers - there are several thing which could be improved which would make this a 5 star app:
Progress on prizes would be really helpful, also more prizes added as they are only for older puzzle packs. Also less points to get prize puzzles.
Would be good to have reset option on the prize for completing the daily puzzle: I missed one ages ago, but despite completing every single day I haven’t earned any more points which is frustrating.
The trading points to spin for one, two or three prize puzzles is a joke - I’ve only ever got one prize puzzle.
I’d like to be able to see my best time for different puzzle sizes too so I could know how much quicker I’m solving puzzles.Show lessAuntyImmi

Just purchased “over 400 puzzles for $34.99” and after paying there are no puzzles…where are my 400 puzzles they all still show locked! I want my money back!AliciaVH83

My 3 year old enjoys this enough that I decided to buy some Mickey Mouse puzzles. I went with the expensive 400+ Super Saver plan that was promoted next to the pack I wanted to buy - but my chosen packs aren’t even included!!! It doesn’t tell you what’s included and what isn’t so you think you’re unlocking the whole thing at that price - but you’re getting about half and not necessarily the ones you want. I feel VERY ripped off by Disney right now. I’m furious at the blatant bait and switch 😡
UPDATE:
I have updated my star rating as their customer service was fantastic and sorted the issue. I understand they’re looking into fixing the advertising issue so this doesn’t happen to others. I still recommend caution when choosing what to purchase, but the game itself is great. My three year old loves it.Show lesscdp2879

Had the app for a while now and I’ve spent SO much money on buying new packs and earning puzzle pieces. I recently completed the 15 Princess and the frog puzzles but for some reason didn’t earn my 10 prize puzzle pieces. It’s worked every time for every other collection so a bit confused??Mirri P

I enjoy playing these puzzles before I go to sleep. I get a taste of Disney and fun. I like the Free Puzzle of the Day feature - I only do one puzzle each night before I go to sleep and the random variety is appealing to me. I like the option of buying a set, but I do like random Disney images rather than 45 puzzles of the same theme/subject. The Starter Pack and Free Starter packs are great, again, because of several different movie images. I would suggest reading reviews before downloading for helpful tips - like how to save the puzzle until it’s done. I take screen shots of all my completed puzzles before I return to the main puzzle menu - once you leave a completed puzzle, you start fresh. I like the variety of puzzle piece options. Great for very young puzzlers and also for the more experienced. This is a great, relaxing family App. And I like that there is no incentive other than the satisfaction of completing a puzzle.Show lessKathleenD65

The puzzles are lovely,and I enjoy doing them, I have bought a pack too. But I am so frustrated at loading partly done puzzles. This is happening more frequently too, I leave a partly done puzzle to do something else, when I return it opens up on title page, when. I check recents it is0% done. Terrible app. I wanted to do another puzzle and thought that puzzle would save. It didn’t, it’s terrible, I was half way done and I hate this app. Just delete it, HorribleSamira Mohamoud

Hi there, sorry you didn't have a great experience with the app. Saved puzzles automatically appear for you at the bottom of the home screen in the 'Recently Played' section. Any puzzle you leave without completing will automatically go there so that you can finish it at a later time. This is a good app, the jigsaws are good and I like that there is a choice of the jigsaw size. It would be useful to be able to see all the jigsaws you’ve bought in one place. I bought the mega pack and it was hard to see what new puzzles this got me. The packs are expensive. It would also be useful to see how far you are in completing the achievements.

I have been using this app for a year now but all of a sudden the daily puzzles say check your internet connection. Everything else in the app works fine including purchases so obviously the internet is not an issue. I was just a few puzzles away from a 60 day streak and earning 30 points when this happened.
I see from other reviews that I am not the only one with this issue. I wish the developers would acknowledge the issue and correct it instead of staying quiet.
I would not recommend this app until they fix the issues.Show lessJbflygirl
