There is something wrong!!!
Hi,
The software doe not work properly. Scheduling does does not work do not bother in addition, the device did not come with the charger. I had to purchase the charger separately.
The battery life is not even close to what the site states. I am down to 57% after 2 days and it may be due to the software not working and device is sending reports every 5 min.
To top all of this ofd there is a monthly fee for This useless service. If I would have not gotten the service free for 6 month I would of trashed this great product.Show lessDave23434
Don't buy it
In the video advertisements, it shows the person locating the tracking device from their cell phone in a busy area. It DOES NOT work that way. You must move to a wifi area ( such as your home or a Starbucks ) to connect to the device .

Lying company
In the crowd sourcing round, which is when I bought into this, it was advertised as "no monthly fees" - now I only have 2,000 pings, then I need to pay a monthly fee? What a rip off. Also, can't get reasonable use for this device without it needing a charge, but now a charger to charge is extra. No usb charging port. I'll never do business with this company again, and advise anyone evaluating this company to learn from my mistake.Show lessJeffN1998
Well thought out application
At first I thought there was a bug because I couldn't select today's date. Eventually I realised there were no location reports for today - either due to my schedule and/or the device being in an area without reception.
The custom scheduling feature is very cleverly implemented.
Once you have had a little time with the app it's all pretty self explanatory. My one complaint would be that there should be some visual cue to indicate the app is processing eg during a date change there can be a significant pause and it's not clear if the touch was registered or the app is just taking a little while to lookup the data.

These people are full on scammers. They started with a no monthly fee promise. And the product they send out doesn't work unless you have a monthly subscription of $9 a month! Go look up indiegogo Itraq. The original promises are all there.Artslim
