  • Decent bank, terrible app.

    App is terrible. For the last few months I Can’t even sign in without some sort of error message. Seems like nobody pays any attention to the app in this bank.

  • App violates security protocol

    I have not been able to use the Island Federal mobile app for at least a month now. Upon trying to open the app, I continue to receive a notification that says “this app violates security protocol”, and the app won’t open.

    Is there anything going to be done about this? If people can’t use mobile banking, they will leave the credit union.
