Worked previously now it doesn’t.
Although my phone connects to the WiFi the app fails to make the connection. Used to work relatively well although it did regularly crash whereas now it doesn’t even connect!Blindboy_lemon
Horrible software
This software doesn’t work properly. User interface is very poor. Will not connect properly to fitfort 4K. I wish an alternative was available. software and fitfort are a waste of money.Trigdawg

I have everything connected and still all it says is connect to WiFi.Freaking hate it
4K faulty?
I’ve tried to figure out how to do it but no luck in achieving 4K recording through the app from my iPhone XR but it does record it in the device at 10fps any chances it will update to support 4K via wifi connection?Kalel1991
Used to work...
I can connect to the camera using the app but no longer does it show the video frame. Attempts to adjust any settings or review footage are met with a spinning animation and the rest of the app freezes up.Styan
Doesn’t work
I was trying to set up my sisters new go pro and it asked for location permissions. I said no and now whenever I open the app i cannot save or record anything. The app does not appear in settings to allow location accessRiggyH10.
Does not work at all for me
I have the H9R and I’m simply trying to upload videos to my iPhone. I connect the WiFi to my phone and the EZ iCam app does not recognize that it is connected. Keeps telling me to go to settings and connect. Awfulgfcdhbcf

It seems like your recent updates causing more problems on ios13. After app updates the wifi connection no longer works. Please fix.7owen
