Great app but…
It’s great for exactly planning your feed. But it is constantly signing you out of the app. It’s exhausting to sign in every time you open the app.Becca-Gracee
Worst app I’ve ever downloaded
Glitches constantly, consistently struggles to keep connection and glitches every time I log in. Currently staring at a pop up saying “Uh oh glitch, please update” when I literally just updated it. Average at best
Great app for storing photos. However, if you try upload a reel for instagram, it fails to upload it onto the Planoly app. Reels being the majority of posts on instagram now is a really limiting factor of the app. Every couple of posts the caption from the post doesn’t copy to instagram either, so if you’ve spent a good 30 minutes writing a post and then it deletes, you can imagine the frustration. Good app for storing photos like I said, but so many downfalls elsewhere.
Also, very intermittent on if it allows you to upload the reel. If you use reels, do NOT get this app.Show lessPalm Reading Review
Rip off
Dragging pictures is an absolute nightmare and ridiculously time consuming. The fact you can’t drag more than one picture at once makes it even more annoying

When trying to drag pictures across multiple positions, the app often glitches. This can cause the picture you are dragging to disappear mid-drag, making it impossible to see where it will be placed, interrupting the flow and making it difficult to rearrange photos as desired.

So many issues
This is my first ever bad review. I’m a business owner and use Instagram to gain clients. I purchased 4 planoly accounts for myself and my staff and have continuous problems with pictures not saving, some of them get rearranged randomly and it’s a huge inconvenience to constantly have issues with this app that it’s supposed to make my marketing teams job easier. I have problems with planoly minimum once a week. I’ve reached out to their support system 10 times now and every time it’s been useless. They ask for a screen record of the issue and send you advise that isn’t helpful. For example the current issue I have now is that I can’t access one of my accounts, I can’t access it via my iPad or my phone. When I emailed them about it (2 days ago) they responded with “your account is linked and accessible”. When I log into my planoly it’s not linked and I cannot use it… don’t waste your money here and find a different app to use..
July 2024 update, I have been trying months for them to remove my credit card from their file. And still am being charged for so many users and they won’t cancel my subscription I’m going to have to get a new debit card. DONT GET THIS APP!!Show lessArjks4372283005
Scam!
Planoly is just a mess. I wish I never found them and gave them my money.
It’s a total scam. I’ve been with them for 3 weeks and I haven’t been able to post anything!
I uploaded my content (200+ reels) and captioned each one of them, then half of it just disappeared. All that work for nothing. They keep saying they’re looking into it but won't give me a time frame. I also haven’t been able to even link my insta account because they are having “problems” with Meta. Despite all this, I have tried to plan out some of my posts on the calendar, but eachtime I hit the schedule button, the reel disappears from the calendar so I have no idea what my feed looks like.
I have requested a refund now on 4 separate occasions, but they are ignoring me. My workload is now 3 weeks behind and I’ve lost precious time and money with these guys.

I’ve never been so disappointed
I have been using planoly for 5 years now , with 4 years of great success. In the last year the app has kept messing up , and at the moment it won’t auto post any of the posts I schedule . What’s the point of spending what my business spends in a month to not have the features I pay for . I’ve sent an inquiry with no response back. And as of lately any time I inquire about planoly mishaps it takes a week or more for a response .

Basically Useless
I’ve been using Planoly for years, buggiest app I’ve ever encountered. Horribly confusing user interface. Deleting permanently after fighting for too long. Customer service is decent though. I assume a small team has made this - guys you have potential. FIX THE BUGS.Madi.to
Unknown Error Occurred when linking account
Can’t link instagram account anymore - the app kicked me out and told me to log back in and reconfirm its connection to Instagram and now I’m only receiving an unknown error.Lollipop22
