Good, but no indication of badge count
Does exactly what it should, except on iPad when you go into the app there’s no indication of what’s caused the badge count, so you’ve no idea what is actually new, and you can’t clear the count. Which is immensely frustrating.
Love it but...
It could be streamlined for mobile. There's just too many taps / clicks to get around and do things. Will you all be making UI a priority on mobile. For instance - it was great for you to finally improve image viewing by adding a gallery / click-thru view...but why isn't that available on mobile?

Best people management software period
I just wanted to say, been using basecamp for my SAR group, and a staff of ~100 people with specialized teams for a few years now. This is by far the easiest, most powerful, and intuitive way to communicate digitally. It exceeds the capability of MS Teams and other platforms. Quite in a league of its own. dont change a thing!

Great app - worth the money
I go tired of having several different apps and trying to manage my employees and business stuff within all of them, so I ponied up and paid for Basecamp, and it’s truly been a huge help. I like that regardless of if I’m using my phone, computer or iPad, all instances are seamless and reliable.
iOS version not as reliable
The app on my mac works smoothly but the phone up connected to the same wifi has not be functioning as well for a few weeks.
Missing some essential functions
Maybe it’s because I’m on an older iPhone, but this app is missing some essential functions from the desktop app.
- Cannot get to an A-Z list of projects.
- The “Jump to a project” search bar doesn’t work. I can search and see the project I want, but the list is grayed out, and trying to tap on the search result just brings back the homepage.
- The list of Recently Visited projects doesn’t update with the project I was just in.
- Sometimes a notification doesn’t show up on my phone. Difficult to troubleshoot, but of course I noticed this because I missed a really important team Campfire update.
If my phone or iOS is the problem, I shouldn’t be able to update, right?

Dark mode doesn’t work, and several more issues
After waiting an inexcusably long time for such a basic feature, it doesn’t work for anyone in my company, either on iPad or iPhone. - no settings for handling of external links - recurring tasks self-duplicate - doesn’t work in slideover or split view on iPad Pro (crashes and/or chat/text input doesn’t work)
Update: dark mode does work now, but slideover and other view modes other than full screen are still broken despite multiple updates.

Offline option like Fieldwire app?
Would be nice to be able to use this app offline. When not around wifi or hotspot we cannot do anything with the app… not even see tasks due etc.
Really good resource for connection
The different ways of contacting your team members, the multiple chats functions and ability to view uploaded files makes this a really great app for team connection! The team I am a part of at my church and myself think it is really great!

Cannot even open app
Since this update 2 days ago it continues to crash even when uninstalling and reinstalling app.
