Fantastic app, very slick

Amazing note taking experience on mobile as well as desktop. Moved over from Evernote and haven't looked back.

Boo to subscription

This is a wonderful, simple text editor and web clipper but it shouldn’t have a subscription based sync. I’m not saying it should be free but it should have one time purchase feature over the subscription based synchronization.

Great App

Great App, I use it on a daily basis.

A great way to replace Evernote!

With Evernote becoming more bloated and restrictive for free users, this is a wonderful and beautiful replacement! Or a beautiful app even if youre new to note taking apps!

Pay to sync is a bit much but...

Still really loving this app.

Beautiful but pay to sync?

It's a wonderful app to use and well thought out.

Would be 5 stars but for the pay to sync based on a subscription service is stingy

so much noise..

I really don't see any reason for all the fuss. It's an almost okay app, with nothing special and up against many others that solve its problems in a more elegant, effective and less costly way (including free apps). Additionally, the pay-to-synch model is off as. Could easily go one star only because of all they hype, while real good apps get no exposure/highlight. Nah.

Excellent App for uncluttered writing.

This app is perfect for writing in an uncluttered environment. It provides the perfect canvas for journaling or participating in 750 words, without the clutter of unnecessary features.

I've been looking for a reasonably priced app that allows syncing between devices and minimal features and this app strikes a perfect balance!

The only feature I would love to see is the option to lock this app with Touch ID or passcode to prevent prying eyes from reading personal thoughts.

Great, some limitations

Looks great, has nice features I've not seen elsewhere, fun to use. Has a couple of things that might or might not be a problem to you:

1 - Notes are organised by two-level tags. It is cumbersome to organise a large number of notes.

2 - When you export to PDF, rtf or docx the font is huge so there are not many words per line. I don't like the format (red bullet points and list numbers). You can't control where the page breaks come.

This last was a problem for me, but I was happy to take a year's subscription to support this great app.
