If only the few tweaks were made I’d have rated a 5. However, the cost of credits especially when compared to other apps is extremely high cost low amount of coins. If only the games paid more while playing. It’s unfortunate that it takes forever and a day to level up. My experience with customer service has been GREAT. I’ve been using/playing this app a couple of years as a paying customer, no longer because of the above mentioned issues. I’d be willing to bet if these changes were made, you’d attract more players(customers) and MORE 5’s in ratings.

I have tired this slot game off and on for awhile and can say there is very little fun for your dollar. Buy coin and it is gone within a few minutes. Way to many spins that don’t pay and the ones that do pay are way below what you are betting. No point on just wasting money for no action and no fun. Not enough time playing to waste time and that’s the main reason I play not to lose money for a game of fun. The other I hate the most is the worthless bonus these games give you. If your a big better and you comeback for the bonus and it’s just a few coins compared to what your betting it just joke. I rather not have bonus and be allowed to play. Like playing the games, but I spend a lot of money buying credits because they are to cheap allow us to win the points by playing the games. Getting real close to just removing the app from my tabletfkrmdme

One of my go to slot programs. Enjoy the variety and minimum bet varieties. Would like to see a few more of the under $500 options, but the games seem to be set to pay on a regular basis. They call it a game but if you’re observant, you’ll notice the same icons coming up in the same order very often.
As most on line casino programs, you’ll win when you start playing but after a while the program will take it all back!!
It’s incredible that the program developers have gotten away with ripping people off for so long. The better business bureau has gotten many complaints and is investigating!!
Also the states attorneys general is also investigating the games and Facebook for allowing this to happen.
Best thing you can do is simply don’t waste any money on these sites.
If you want a good laugh, look at the price of their chips. At least some casino sites gave you a lot for your money but not this site.
Today I’m going to a real casino where if I do win, I’ll be paid in real cash...

What a totally pathetic display of nonprofessionalism! After spending literally hundreds of dollars on this site the play continues to get worse and worse. I played these games to relax and have fun but it's just no fun when all you do is lose. My advice to anyone reading this review is to find another site, somewhere that will give you a little bit better value in return for your money. Great app
Good variety of games. Excellent graphics. Reasonable pay outs. I did have one problem. Twice when I had a large win it blacked out and went to an ad and I never collected the win. Tournaments are fun, but unless you bet everything forget about winning. Overall one of the best casino apps around. Thanks for a good game.

I installed this slot app after the “teaser” that I oiled win up to 300,000 coins on another slot. (didn’t get the 300,000 coins by the way) Tha app looked interesting and the initial coin bonus was enough to hit install. I found my favorite slot, and have been playing for a couple of hours building my pot. Like it so far, looking forward to playing more machines, to see if the payouts are as good.
