I was treated so poorly by the customer service here, that even though I was up to Sapphire level & still going, I deleted the site. I was insulted by the first responder more than once & they drug out the issue for days. Ultimately, I was correct so they gave me 3mil coins for all they put me through, what an insult! I’ll take my business where I’m appreciated & valued.
Oh really? They say they don’t want to lose you but it’s only here they say that to look like they care to new people, but they don’t care if they lose you or not! The games were fun but not so fun to put up with their horrible customer support. They can’t even do the right thing when they make the mistake! And they talk to you like you’re an idiot! The games are fun. Yes! However, you NEVER win unless you make a purchase and that is SHORT LIVED, attempting to have you buy more credits. The coin packages are far too expensive with too few coins. Such a shame. This is a scam in every sense and customer service takes forever to respond to problems, that's IF they respond at all. And on one occasion, I actually hit the Jackpot but all of a sudden their was a 'glitch' in the display and that win quickly changed. Save your money. Don't waste your time! I am giving this app a 5 star despite my denials to purchase as i was testing if this app is only for money! To my surprise i was able to play their games for quite some time without purchase! Tried this app to see how it compares to other casino apps I play. Starts with 1 million coins, but you either have a choice a very small bids or pretty high bids. Blew through all the coins in a matter of minutes. I never spend real money on apps. Free wheel spins don’t give much. No chance for freebies unless you’re on social media, which I’m not. Has great graphics. Real slot vegas casino spin feel to it. Read other reviews from not so happy players and think they are nuts. You can't win all the time. It wouldn't be fun if it were like that. Enjoy the thrill of winning after losing vice a versa.JSKerourac

I play many slot games and just started this one that’s why I only gave 3 stars. My first wheel spin was only $10,000. Other games give much more. I’m on disability and games are really the only entertainment I have. The first game I’ve played, I’m not winning much at all for the amount of bet. Goldfish Slots, Billionaire Slots all give bigger bonuses for everyday day game play. Will try this but have so many other slot games paying WAAAY more will be my first choice. I’ll give this a chance but after reading most reviews I will not be dumping money I don’t have into a game that doesn’t pay accordingly to bet amount. As I said, just started so I’ll give it a chance but if it stays the way it is I’ll be deleting quickly. Graphics are great though.Show lessMcrippen

Wow within 5 minutes I went thru the 2 million betting 50,000. Stop having it level up every spin or every few spins that is annoying having the level up pop up all the time. Loosen your slots so you win. I will delete this game after this review posts. If the first 5 minutes of a game is unenjoyable people delete the game. This is a great game just wished the payouts and free coins was a little higher ? Or it's going to be like all other video casinos wanting you to buy all the time .
