Great site

Great site everything is easy to negotiate but most cars are in Melbourne and I can’t find how to search a car model so you end up be looking through the all the Mercedes to find the model your trying to identify by a picture. But it’s a minor issue and just needs a better search function.

Great auction site.

Dear Grays.
I have had one purchase that I couldn’t get finance for and you have stopped me from being able to bid.
I am a re-seller so I never keep things for too long.
I would love to be re-instated as there is always plenty of bargains on Grays.

Wine

Grays refuses to deliver my wine to my air conditioned PostOffice in hot and sunny Queensland. Instead, they deliver it to my hot and sunny unit where it sits in the full sun until I get home from work. Thank you. My extra delivery costs and premiums are seemingly pointless when it comes to getting my wine delivered without treatment from the hot sun.

Fees and Quality of product

I find the fees to expensive and the product being cars trucks so on are not tested you say it turns over I no several people that have brought through grays online and been robbed cars being on there last leg machinery blown motors or very close to it you need to make sure what your selling is at a higher standed so we don’t get ripped off we are relying on you doing your job so we buy right

Good when it works

I have the app and viewing a car (well trying to) and when I try an select a car it goes to a truck that is a single little picture and a drop menu that says use the app that I am already in with a button that says open that doesn't work

Grays App

With motor vehicle auctions the display price on the home page often (most often!) does not reflect the current bid price - off putting and annoying. There is no reason why this should be the case. The two should synchronise to provide an accurate picture!

Also “Going Going Gone” is more often “finished” - annoying.

And why am I regularly being asked to “re-submit” or “update” my details??!!

Used to be good, now full of ads

I’m using the app to buy things up for auction, you get 20% on average from those sales from the buyer plus your percentage from the consignee, so why do you need to fill your app with pop up ads.

They are getting worse and worse.m with every “update” and I’m now getting full screen ads pop up while I’m looking through lot photos. Close it, go to the next lot, look through photos, another pop up full screen ad.

Spend your time developing a more usable platform and systems so your staff know where items for an auction are when I go in for inspection.

Hi there, We're tuning the frequency of the full screen ads, they should appear less often in the future.

User friendly

I like the app, plenty of stuff to bid on (especially stuff I don’t need).. updated frequently which is a necessity. although the refresh button doesn’t always notify u if u have been outbid - sometimes too late which can be frustrating.

Great app

I prefer using the app over website now that the back navigation has been fixed. It’s hard to search for specific items sometimes but overall it’s easy to use and very easy to navigate through. I scroll through this app nearly as much as my kids scroll through TikTok!
