A big improvement over the website and looking forward to the future
The new GraysOnline app is a vast improvement over the original website which still looks the same as it did 10 years ago. I'm very in favour of what the app has planned for the future.
Grays App
Grays app is a lot easier to use then most... only issue I have is that it doesn’t allow you “master function “, eg; like clearing out your history in lost bids etc, home page could be a little friendlier and the lost page also should let you know the final price it sold for, the final cost inclusive of all fees could be tricky for first time users as well!!!

Massive glitch bidding on going going
The timer showing time remaining to bid is calculated incorrectly. It adds 10 minutes to the end of auction time not 10 minutes to the time of last bid. I was using the app in two auctions where the auction ended while the app was showing several minutes to the end of the auction. There are two vendors out there who received potentially hundreds of dollars less for the vehicles they put up for auction due to his app glitch. What a shocker!

Bad user interface app
Please show the last won bid, not my lost bid price. In any auction, would you care the lost bid or won bid. It is very common sense. Since you last year major update, I hardly use it, it is not easy useful. Hard navigation, screen information not useful. It is failure upgrade. I like old version

Hi Ben, Thanks for the feedback, we'll look into showing the winning price too.
App is unusable, DO NOT BUY CARS ON GRAYS!
The old app was horrible enough, the new update has made it unusable all together, it will not let you take ended listings off your watch list and you cant navigate/filter through items for sale without scrolling through ended listings, there is a filterbut it dosent seem to work.
And a stern warning, DO NOT BUY A CAR ON GRAYS!
Their auto department are criminal and im sure work with car yards to sell vehicles with major problems as they do not have to disclose any damage.

Terrible App, Terrible Customer Service
Have used their app a number for bidding on their online auction (at different times), app always buggy i.e. bids not updating, pages freezing etc. Furthermore; when you actually win an auction, there’s total disregard for your good purchased, example is buying items categorised as “collectables”, and they stick their adhesive lot number labels directly on original packaging, which then damages the packaging upon trying to remove label. Has happened to me a number of times now; sent emails to their customer service email to lodge complaint, no response, they’re only interested in turning a buck. Buyer beware, consider using other reputable auction houses.

Quite good
I miss being able to share auction items with my wife and friends, I can’t do that from the app as it doesn’t allow me to send links to items.
Also, there’s no “pick up only” option for auctions which allowed me to search for larger items which is what I usually shop for as it allows me to just collect the items myself.

Hi there, with our latest release you can now share on the lot/product screen. Also you are able to sort by 'Pick up' in the filtering. Thanks. - GraysOnline Team
Happy to see a change
I saw the first version and it was good but the latest update I just downloaded is better. I am happy to be able to sort and filter also zoom. My husband got an email asking for feedback on the new version and I’m happy to see that a company is actually asking their users to help with updates.
DO NOT USE THIS NEW VERSION
GraysOnline in their most intelligent (sorry dumbest) moves have given permission to their tech department to update a previously solid working app. The new version is now so not user friendly, the moving around between menus is a nightmare, you can’t view all the listed current auctions within a category (try it click on catering and you get taken to a list of items on auction only. Click on any item and it says item not available., if you want to look at say what you have won there’s no easy menu up top you have to go to one of the 4 menu at bottom of your screen (account) then you have another screen with your details and a menu up top that is a scroll wheel where all the other options like won are.
It’s painfull. Not one grays employee has sat down as a customer with a user account and navigated this new update. If they did it wouldn’t have been released.
DO NOT USE- I would save a mobile or desktop version to your home screen instead and delete the apple iPhone app version.
GRAYS - do your homework before releasing apps!

Good. But lost important functions
I love most of the new app it’s simple and works so much better. It has solved the terrible issue of navigating backwards.
BUT it’s very hard to navigate for example ending soon appears to be gone. Searching by auctions seems to be gone. It appears if I go into a category I have to browse all auctions to find something for example private cellar if I’m looking for a grange I have to browse ten thousand bottles of 2 dollar wine to find it.
