No Slab Bacon anymore :-(

Will the slab bacon ever come back on the menu? It might be the reason I fell in love with Be Good, in the first place. That’s possibly the best tasting bacon I have ever had. Pretty please, bring it back!!

Can’t log in

All of the sudden for the past few months I haven’t been able to log into my account. Keeps taking me to the sign up page and tells me I already have an account.
Can’t see rewards so I’m not going to order until it’s fixed.

Waiting for an update

After working successfully for years my app stopped working weeks ago, after the last update. It won’t let me log in, keeps bringing me to the “sign up” page then when I try to set up a new account under a different email it won’t let me do that either. I probably would have ordered several times in the last few weeks but struggling with the app brings me to another food option.

Produce Box

Just ordered this and had it in my hands within 40 minutes. Box is amazing! Packed with various veggies/fruits. So much better than going to the grocery store at this time

Power play

I ordered the powerplay burger and waited by the pickup area. When the app said my order is ready then was told they have no beef left.

Why didn’t they contact me before to let me know they ran out of beef?

Service is not good.

Unresponsive to Issues with Orders

Generally, the app is good. However, I’m not sure why they have a Submit Feedback section. They don’t respond. I’ve had a couple orders now where they’ve not included ingredients or add-ons, but I only see this when I’ve gotten back to work or home and sit down to eat. I now check everything before I leave the restaurant.

Honestly, I am just going to use Ritual now to order from the restaurant. At least with them I know that if something goes wrong with my experience not only do they respond to the inquiry/complaint, they act to make it up to you by either reimbursing or adding credits to your account.

You’ve got great food b.good. But the rest of your brand experience falls short. And that, unfortunately, is more important than how tasty your food is. I’ll keep waiting for some sort of response. Not holding my breath tho.

Double charges on CC

I have been seeing numerous double charges on my credit card.
For example I made an order last night for two kids meals. I got charge for them and I went to pick them up. However this morning I received another confirmation that the same order went through. And I was charged on my credit card even though I never initiated the order.

How do I look back I saw numerous other charges that looked similar. I am very unhappy about this and very disappointed usually I don’t pay attention to my credit card charges.

Please look into the matter and email me back. I am a long-time customer of Bgood and love the food and staff at the restaurant here in Greenwich. And I would like this resolved as soon as possible.

Good healthy food

I order for pick up, and it’s fast and easy. Always ready when they say it is. Staff is friendly and helpful. The eggplant meatballs are my favorite!
