Way worse than before

I don’t understand where the developer is on this one. Old version was way better. Gone is my multi-year jump history. Gone is the ability to take a small break without the count resetting. I generally do 5-7,000 jumps at a time and like to take small breaks. With this version of the app, after about 10 seconds of inactivity it resets to 0. So frustrating.
They came out with SmartRope app and tried to get people to move over to that one. Tried it but had the same issue with resetting to zero so went back to the previous version of this app. They did it again. Why?
Not even the graphics are as good, but if it were only a cosmetic fix it would be acceptable.
Please have a setting that lets the user have the experience of the previous version. Bring back my historical data.
Please fix it.
The app also doesn’t turn off the screen auto lock so if the user doesn’t change the screen auto lock setting to never the screen goes dim then eventually turns off.

Work with Smart Rope jump rope product

Don’t bother using the SmartRope app. This app is what you want to use to connect your SmartRope via Bluetooth to your phone and hook it into your Activity. I’m giving it a⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it was very inconvenient and confusing trying to use the actual SmartRope app. This app works fine.

Won’t connect through to competition

The app has been working well bedside it will not let me connect to my friends so I can compete with them in competition, all it says is select privacy settings and connect with data on Facebook friends. Well I have done that and it won’t work.

I have a iPhone and that might be why but would love some feed back.

Their servers are down.....again 😡

So this app requires an internet connection to work. When their servers are down you cannot use the app. This is the 2nd time it’s happened to me. Very upsetting to be pumped & not be able to use the app at all. Developers need to remove the need for internet connection and have local storage solution so the app can be used while their servers are down.

Buggy

Keeps saying it needs a network connection even though I'm connected to data. Fix your app! Garbage

Absolutely TRASH l!!!!!!!

It has potential but the app can’t even detect my network connection so I can’t even utilize my jumps rope. Searching for another company to make an actual working product it’s paying customers can use. And you can’t even call them to troubleshoot. Absolutely terrible. At least maintain the app for yours customers to the point they can use the Jumprope. Next time I’ll just go to Walmart and not buy gimmicks.

Great app

Before getting this, read my review. I think the reviews on here are old and outdated, as for me this app worked perfectly and I have no issues. It synced within a second via the app and holding down the power button, and counts the skips accurately. Works perfectly fine for me and great app!

Very buggy

App on phone has a hard time connecting and doesn’t keep up with jumps real time. Phone app looses count if you drop the left handle. Currently, the app does not work at all because it says it requires a network connection but it has a connection and it’s the same one it has always used. If I could take the jump rope back i would.

Won’t connect even when network is fine

The app will not let you work out.

I haven’t even gotten to use the device once and the app has blocked me from working out using the tech. My network connection is fine but the app releases an error say my connection is non existent.

Y’all need to get this fixed if you want a community to build using your tech.
