Disconnects constantly, almost unusable
The power dots constantly and almost immediately disconnect from the app whenever you’re trying to use them. It happened with my first set, and customer service refused to replace them until I jumped through all these hoops to make them work better. I did all those things and they still wouldn’t stay connected long enough to even start a program. They replaced them with a new set, and they also fail to stay connected for longer than 10 seconds. they shouldn’t be allowed to sell a product like this. Does not work device it’s not worth it.
I purchased this device and within the first day out of the box it continues to disconnect, the app has issues finding the dots, and once turned on the app loses connections making the only way to turn it off is holding the button on the product. I warn anyone who is considering buying this product save your money and find a better priced more reliable functional device rather than this expensive one that does not work at all. No updates in years
First, this device is amazing. It has been my go to recovery device for years. Everyone should have one. Sadly, it seems like Therabody, who acquired Power Dot a few years ago, has zero interest in the product or app. It has been 3-4 years since an app updated and the “dropped connection” “bug” persists. No new content, programs, or modern interface. The actual hardware could be on a v3 by now. This went from a great company where I was once spent an hour on the phone with one of the founders to an unloved device and app. This is also the review you get when I get harassed for app ratings. Don’t ask if you aren’t gonna like the response.Show lesstangelofactor
