Such a great idea for a product. Shame the wifi doesn’t work. I can buy a $12 item with Bluetooth and it works perfectly to without fail. But the Bluetooth in this product - I own a pair. I’m almost never able to pair both. More than 80% of the time neither works at all. Every time I want to use them I have to forget the device and restore it. For $700 this is absurd. I complained about this a long time ago, I either was lied to, or your company just doesn’t bother to read your reviews. I was told no one else having this issue. A quick google will tell you a lot of people have this problem. Maybe spend less time on the “app”and more time making the literal most basic function of your product work. The app is useless because the product is useless. Went back to dr ho corded tens machine, at least it actually works.
