Update. The team worked quickly to resolve the issue. I contacted the support team through the website and after a few emails within a couple of days, they pushed an update to resolve the issue. Thank you. ——
I have a Theragun Elite Gen 4. I have had no issues with the app and the device for the last 2+ years of using it. In the last week or so, the app has stopped running the routines despite being connected to the device. It prompts me to update the firmware but does not update when I click “okay”. The device setting shows firmware version 1.0.0. And says the device is up to date. Please address this issue. Thank you.Show lessDeveloper Response

None of the register fields properly autofill, that’s such a basic thing to do.Cannot login
Sorry but wouldn’t work for me due to my first Theragun not working - it stopped vibrating after the first use so had to get it replaced. However, the app doesn’t apparently allow you to unpair/switch devices (it just froze searching for my first gun) so I tried deleting the app and reinstalling. But now it won’t get past the login screen (surely my login details are saved on the backend). Meaning my initial experience with Therabody has been pretty awful.Show less
