Update - quick support - Recent issues with running routines
I have a Theragun Elite Gen 4. I have had no issues with the app and the device for the last 2+ years of using it. In the last week or so, the app has stopped running the routines despite being connected to the device. It prompts me to update the firmware but does not update when I click “okay”. The device setting shows firmware version 1.0.0. And says the device is up to date. Please address this issue. Thank you.
