Withdrawal is a problem
I’d say, the app certainly is not a scam. My mom just one 1k playing keno on the app and went to the office to pick up. Clearly you can win.
But I signed up, it allowed me to use a debit card to make my deposit. Try to withdraw and it tells me I have no bank account so they cancel. I delete the debit card, add the bank account, make another deposit using bank account, do a withdrawal and it still tells me I can't make a withdrawal. Service rep tells me, the deposit came from the card again, even though I chose checking account. She is just going to mail me the check.
I would suggest, in the set up process, do not let a debit card or credit card be an option for a first deposit, make it a bank account since a withdrawal can never occur back to a debit or credit card.
So I give 1 star because the deposit/withdrawal is not user friendly and whats the use of playing through mobile if you can't collect your winnings through mobile?

Beware
This app is only good to check your tickets. This app is literally designed for you to loose. I have put hundreds of dollars into this app and have won nothing. I’m glad I realized today NOT to use the so called “ digital slots” anymore. Save your money. Don’t give your hard earned money to these people. They will just take whatever it you have. I wish I could give a lower rating. Shame on this type of design of entertainment . Rhode Island Lottery. You’re corrupt!!

Never received my check
Do not use this app!! it is nothing but a scam from the Rhode Island lottery, none of it is designed for anybody to win. do yourself a favor, save your money and don’t give them a dime! They are now using the lottery to fix the George Washington bridge. so everything that’s being put out there is all by design if you’re gonna play any lottery, play it in Massachusetts.. I learned a hard lesson because of this app.

Withdrawal
There is no way to withdraw your money anymore I had to bank account attached then those wouldn’t work anymore and now all I get is an error message on on my bank accounts I’ve tried 5 different banks nothing works. Depositing money I have no problem it seems now like they are scamming me out of money and you can’t email them everything has to be a phone call I would take a check at this point but that is not even an option. Do not put any money in unless your bank account works because there is no way to withdraw your winnings.

I won money on here several times. I cashed out never received my money and now my bank account is in the negative.

Notifications is no longer available after last update. No sound or vibration when scan tickets.
Logs out after every game
Aside from the hassle of getting everything verified and documents loaded to invest into the games… once you start playing, the game will close and app will re-open. I’ve had to log in after every game since I’ve started playing. If you play? Logged out. If you win? Logged out. If you lose? Logged out.

What the heck is error 1061?
It comes up any time I try to open an E instant game. I tried updating the app and deleting it and re-installing it. It comes up every time.
