I am completely aware how "gambling" works, however, typically you win more than 5 dollars after spending hundreds. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It obviously doesn't go towards RI's infrastructure...Trehumps

Please make sure you are scanning the newer square shaped code on the front of the ticket under the latex. If you still experience trouble, please send us an email to feedback@rilot.com with a screenshot of what is happening when you scan the ticket, as well as a picture of the ticket, so we can investigate. I won $77 on keno through this app, I cashed out 2 weeks ago and I never received my check , I will be making a call to the attorney general and informing them about the matter. I’ve read some of these reviews and I’m surprised this app and the people in control haven’t been shut down and arrested for stealing. Thanks for not paying me!!!Show lessdropkickdanny87

The ticket checker issue should now be resolved, but please note that you can only check tickets during business hours: Monday through Saturday 5:00 a.m. to 1:15 a.m. and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 1:15 a.m.. i'm not a big gambler, i don't buy a ton of scratch tickets or even play Keno but i do buy lottery tickets from time to time and i'll use this app to check them. for that purpose it works for meDesibooooo
It either works or doesn't
Egames either work or they don't. It's been over 24 hours and I can only open one game since all others have an error message. Not the first time this has happened. More testing on the backend needs to happen before rollouts.Love the coloring options
