I've lost all my money tops I've hit 1 buck that I played or 2 bucks most I won was on keno 24 bucks of course I played that away 2 if you looking to hit anything more then you played look else were The only positive is I enjoy playing juicy Loot at least if I'm gonna lose my money at least I get to play match 3 or more gameShow lessNot even worth it

The app is ok except the Monetary issues. The cash portion of the app won’t work correctly. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still have issues. Says I have zero funds when transferring cash. Worked once but after that not at all. I even tried to add a different account to no avail. I definitely put the info in correctly and definitely have cash in my accounts. Update: now it works every so often. Keeps saying I am out of state when I am in the capital city.Show lessDeveloper Response
We'd be happy to help you set up your account. Please call the iLottery Player Support Line at 1-800-288-2485. For geolocation, check to make sure that your mobile device has Wi-Fi on. You do not need to be connected to Wi-Fi, however, your Wi-Fi must be enabled. Next, you need to turn on your location services and ensure they are enabled for the Rhode Island Lottery mobile app. If you're still having trouble, call the iLottery Player Support Line and they can investigate further.Wallet

It says I need to upgrade but just takes me in an infinite loop to the App Store. It happens for all upgradesNot updating
Says to update to 3.4 but doesn’t work and can’t use app as of 12:29pm 6/16No update
It’s telling me I need to update but there isn’t one available now it won’t let me use itThere were some bugs but it’s all good now.

Bugs have been fixed and it now scans tickets. Note....tickets can only be scanned during business hours
