So complicated to go through airport style security, buy a ticket, wait for a park reservation, line up to get in, line up for a ride only to have shut down due to mechanical failure.

It’s a waste so many times we wait for a booking then the ride gets closed and all you get is another booking and then u got wait another couples hours when in fact you already waited the first time the new booking should be right away
Granddaughter’s 5th birthday trip
Best time, the attention to detail in every area is amazing. We absolutely loved this holiday. Disney is the best!
Password reset not working
Have an account from a few years ago and the app recognizes my email but I am not getting the one-time code to reset my password. Have tried for two days.

Ticket confusion
Your site is really hard to figure out and freezes when you want to make changes
Disney app
App won’t allow payment. Tried 5 different cards. Tried asking help desk but no response either. Have to refill app information after every try!
Ride of résistance
I came here from Canada, only for One day to do the Rise of Resistance attraction I have been saving up for a Whole year …. And it is shut down. I am crying waiting in Line.
