Best place on earth!!

I Went there with my dad over the thanksgiving weekend, and I cherished every moment with him at this beautiful park. It was his first time so he wa extremely happy and overwhelmed that he got to experience Disney land for the very first time!!

Very disappointed

You buy a lightening pass but can only book on one ride at a time? This is ridiculous. Essentially you’re still waiting in lines the whole time. Disney DO BETTER

Customer service

At check in door (Disneyland park) female employee that check my tickets, she was Rude I know things change with time she was rude when I show her my tickets on my phone she told me rude and with attitude don’t swipe tickets!! stop and go back!!!
Stop she said I have to take you a picture!! I said is ok I don’t know the process is my first time buying my tickets online
I want it for my kids to have a enjoyable time just at the door it got ruined by the way she was acting to me and my family that’s not event counting with the security that was at check in for metal detection area
I say Hi Good Morning he glance look at us and said hummmm I told my wife wow
Rude un professional and very nasty vibe wow
And these park supposed to be the magical place on earth ?

Terrible app

So frustration to use so much time wasted looking down at a phone

Won’t connect

Couldn’t buy lightning passes while in Disneyland. Screen went blank.

Nothing short of magical!

I have been a annual pass holder for quite some years now, and I could honestly say the Disney app is nothing short of a magical log in! It has never crashed, it’s always updated with ride wait times, food mobile access checkout, and a great way to store your park tickets & passes! I’m not tech-savvy, but I could vouch and say the mobile food service is a faster way to order (while you wait in line for a ride) and approach the food window once you get your food is ready alert! I think that was such a smart way to save us time!

I love that it stores everyone’s tickets & passes, it avoids anyone losing their ticket! It’s informative with restaurant reservations, menu options so you could browse while waiting in line, and just makes your Disney visit a lot smoother! I have never experience the app crashing! Disney truly lives up to their high standards, as well as I do, which is why I’ve stayed an annual pass holder for over 4 years now! Great memories, great clean theme parks, great helpful app!

Unable to purchase tickets

Tried several time with no success.

Payment issues with card

Glitchy. Card is valid, has available funds, but app says “trouble processing, try another card”.

Not as good as it used to be to be

The menu on bottom right doesn’t work, the app can’t populate my day with my future plans and reservations just keeps thinking about it, can’t get my key number off of it to find for linking on my sister’s phone or when it needs to be renewed, also it can’t populate Tip Board. Thankful for the search function and map but otherwise doesn’t seem to have anything. I’m confused about D23 seems to be something special on a day last August. This use to be a fabulous app with great info and info quickly available. I know it can be way better. I don’t remember it constantly taking me to website off of the app previously either, so it’s probably best just to use Disneyland Go website instead. Although there you can’t always get a menu on each webpage, so it’s not easy to navigate anymore either. I deleted the app, restarted my phone, uploaded app again, logged in, still same issues. Hope everything is okay in Disney IT, this doesn’t seem like Disney. Wish you all the best and looking forward to future app and website updates:)

Poorly Developed App

Tried booking tickets online using the app. Residential mailing address is a PO Box and app would not process transaction to purchase tickets. No issue with credit card and it was purely a software issue. Calls to Disney Tech Support could not resolve issues. If app does not work, only other option would be to use a travel agent to purchase park tickets.
