Frustrating!
Registered on the app, get response that all is good. Try to log in, get ‘Ooops something wrong’. No idea what. Call the support number, very long and irritating intro. Agent says app not working, no idea when it will...
So this one star rating is not for the app itself as I can’t actually log in!BurglarsDog
Waste of time
The App does not work, each time you try to access it, or make online bookings, it either locks you out or freezes up. Extremely frustrating and totally useless!!!T321321
Horrible UI + UX
To create an account you need to have a member ID number... seems logical enough except on no communication, member card or any documentation does this number exist. Passport number and or national ID don’t work although it says it accepts it. Total fail.mstrcreative

I’ve tried this app at least 10 times over the past few years an still can’t login...?
Why does something go wrong every time? Surely you’ve had this complaint before. I know I have in person to your team.

Unable to log in with uk details. Don’t see why South Africa have a lovely new app and the uk app was last updated 4 months ago and we cannot access the South Africa app. Why is this ?Yungsweetb
