  • Missing my key features compared to desktop

    I use this app to track my freelance hours and send invoices but I rarely open this app on my iPhone for a couple reasons. The widgets have stopped working for me for whatever reason. Instead of showing a quick view of my tracked time it says I need to login in to the app. The other reason is that I wish I could choose how I invoice my projects on the mobile app. I always choose to send invoices with the “group by activity” setting but I don’t get that choice on mobile. I hope these are features that will get fixed or added soon.

  • Not able to Sign in

    I tried logging in with Fiverr and it says enter my full name to finish creating account. I put in my full name and it says existing account. I tried logging in with a password and that doesn’t work so I put forgot password. It says I’ll get an email & I don’t receive it. I gave it a few weeks to see if it updates, but I still get the same result.

  • Exceptional service

    I was having issues and had a rep email me and told me I could email them at any time, so I did and within a few hours I had a response and a fix to my issue. This is how online services should be ran.
  • Incredibly useful

    The time and project tracking alone is worth the cost, and the ability to create and invoice projects on the go is so useful. This app is essential to my business.
  • Dates not saved as entered in expenses

    Be very careful if you use this to enter receipts/expenses. In this version, the date you enter gets decrement day by one when you save the expense, and if you go in to edit it and save again, it deletes a day from the date a second time!!
  • Sketchy With Your Data

    I’ve reached out multiple times to get clarification on what they do with all this data you feed to them. If the service is free, you are the product. Having my bank accounts and all aspects of my business in one place is convenient, but I’d rather pay a couple bucks a month than have my data sold while they beat around the bush about it.

    Aside from that aspect this is a solid service for a freelancer. But, If you have an agency or collective there isn’t a way to have multiple users and assign tasks out or anything like that.

Most importantly AND CO never, ever sells or rents your data anywhere and we certainly have never beat around the bush when it comes to that. In addition, while AND CO definitely has a free plan for members to use as long as they like we also offer a paid, Pro plan that you can upgrade for on an annual or monthly basis!   • Intuitive and professional

    After trying several CRM/invoicing systems for my consultancy, I stumbled across this platform and haven’t looked back. The design is intuitive and lightweight, and despite minimal customizing options, the invoices it generates look professional. I ran across a unique invoicing bug early in my use and the customer support was top notch. I’d give it 5 stars if 1) I could integrate it with other payment options of my choice (I use TransferWise for an international client and other clients prefer Venmo/PayPal), 2) my business partner and I could each be users on the account, and 3) it had more robust task management (I don’t use tasks now as we use a separate platform - Notion).

  • They broke a great system.

    So after Fiverr bought this it went major downhill. I’m not even talking about charging, they used to charge for the service before Fiverr bought them.

    It limits on 3 bank accounts/credit card accounts it can track now so good luck tracking expenses over a normal variety of payment methods. The latest bug has them putting a non-functional “pay online” button in the invoice emails it generates and you can’t remove it. It’s embarrassing explaining that to a client.

    Whenever something goes wrong, customer service replies quickly, but almost never with a solution. Just a “thanks for pointing that out, we’ll look into it.”

    I wasted my money on a contract with them for a service I’ll have to ditch.

    What started as a stellar idea with a great service has grown into a complex bug-riddled mess.

We'd love to help clear up any confusion here and do anything we can to help get you more comfortable with the app. Regarding your note, we don't actually have any limits about having 3 bank accounts connected, but you can connect any account from up to three different banks and we're so happy to see you were able to connect over a dozen accounts so far to track expenses! As we've grown, we've decided to implement a limit on the unique number of different banks you can connect for security reasons, but we take all of our member's feedback very, very seriously. We are more than happy to consider expanding the limit to four or five thanks to your suggestion! In terms of the temporary bug you've experienced with your emails, we're really sorry for any inconvenience there but we're happy to report we have implemented a fix! Never hesitate to reach out to us if you are having an issue: your Chief Operators are always on the case!
  • Powerful time tracking and convenient task management

    Invoicing is simple with AND CO. So is tracking time. I specifically love the time tracking reminders that can be easily configured using this app. Additionally I use AND CO to track my three, top prio tasks of the each day.
  • Payments via app??

    A bit annoyed about the new pay feature, it would be nice to be grandfathered in. Anyways that’s my real gripe with the app it’s the lack of explanation about pay. The app does not have a WePay page or otherwise. I got a notification saying my client made a payment and I kept saying “where? What are the next steps?” I had to dig through my email for a WePay verification email. This is a gross oversight on the developers’ part. Why not have a page in the app for WePay? One other issue on the proposal I wanted to list a per item and a per hour feature but it was very confusing. I eventually fixed it by adding a 0 quantity but I thought I should mention that that feature is not intuitive at all.

When you activate online payments, you are asked whether to activate WePay or to connect a different method such as Stripe or PayPal. When activating WePay, you are notified that an email has been sent to you with further instructions. On the web, we do provide a handy WePay status page with easy access to your account. If you ever have any questions, your friendly Chief Operators are always available via chat! We're also more than happy to walk you through setting up a Proposal that suits your specific needs.
