THEY SCAMMED MY MONEY!!
Its been one year now they blocked my withdrawal since the day they annouce Huobi will no longer be working in Canada!! I sent them all the information they needed to remove my withdrawal restriction and till today the only answer i keep receiving from them is them asking me for the same information that i sent many time!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I SEEN IN MY LIFE!

UX and UI is not for beginners
I’m new to crypto and I spent a few days trying to figure out how I can initially buy crypto with real money. Never figured it out. Binance and coinbase are way more beginner-friendly.
Fees way too high
The fees to send your tokens to another platform is waaaay to high why would I anyone pay 0.5 eth that’s just crazy to me but if u send xrp it’s significantly less.

Create a OCO one cancels the other - order please. This is basic mechanism. Thanks
