I can’t log in
My school switched to this app and I can log in to rooms app with a password or my google but Thrillshare doesn’t let me log in with neither, I don’t understand why is this app not working properly!!!!Maria2111215
How to get in
I cannot log into this app. Even though I click password reset and reset my password through Eduroomd, I can only log in through the Internet browser and not the app.Lala Fleming

You’d think by now the app would be better. It’s been up and going long enough. The people that work for Thrillshare are great. The app, however, is terrible. It is always struggling to load and the pictures take FOREVER to load. As a parent, the notifications aren’t great either even though I have them all selected through my phone settings. The app works okay for communicating. Really confusing to have it set up for parents and not as cute or fun as Dojo or Class Tag. Needs improvements.
- Ability to add more pictures and easier
- Ability to turn off app notifications at certain times (like Dojo. teachers should be able to have notifications from 6 am - 5 pm or something instead of always)
- I teach 1st grade. I don’t want to see that my students haven’t seen messages because they never will. Needs to be able to be just parents so I know who has actually seen it.
So sad to lose Dojo but hoping that this app can at least improve so it’s actually usable for teachers.Show lessmadeline1098

I can log in on the website to access rooms no problem! I even linked my Google account through the website to log in!! But then when I try to log in through the app I am unsuccessful! I created a new password and all and I still can not access the application version which I prefer to use for ease of use and notifications! I have an account and still can not get in the app!!Show lessPoppie413

You can use your school district app to access Rooms—just search for your school district on the App store to find the app, or you can find the app linked in the footer of your school district's website.How to get in
This app isn’t very user-friendly. What you have to do is click password and use the password that you use for your children’s or child educational purposes and contact for school and it will allow you to reset your password through a site edurooms.Developer Response

There’s literally not even an option to create an account. I downloaded the app to communicate with my children’s teachers and it takes me immediately to a sign in page. I can’t sign in, because I’ve never created an account. But there’s no option to create an account. I don’t understand.Tgf okf
