I love that all district communication needs can be handled from one place. Something that used to take an entire team and some redundant steps, now only takes 3 clicks!!
App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t even work. I’ve tried to get into it for several days now. It’s horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Teacher POV
District just changed to this app this year. I have posted links (that parents are unable to click on for some reason), uploaded presentations (that only iPhone parents are unable to access), and posted photos, that take forever to upload. No mass private messaging if it’s over 4 parents. So if you have awards, you will have to find each parent individually and message each individually.
Then iPhone parents have been complaining that they don’t have access to what’s put on the announcements. I don’t know how to help them so I have had to EMAIL EACH IPHONE parent the content, which is unacceptable. Yes, I understand the browser works on computers but that’s not the point. Get the app fixed for parents. Please get the bugs fixed for iPhone. Teachers don’t have enough time as it is, let alone with these issues.

Horrible
Parents do not get messages instantly. App glitches. I only can see half of my classes. constantly having to refresh to see messages.

Disappointed Teacher
My district has been using this app for over one year now and it is still so frustrating. Pictures take forever to upload, parents cannot interact with the announcements (comment, like/love, etc), and the notifications are frequently incorrect. It is confusing for the parents and they often have issues with it as well. Please make serious changes to make this more user friendly.

No thanks
As a teacher, this app is not user-friendly or classroom-friendly. The “behavior” portion is an absolute joke. They need to take notes from Class Dojo (which is now blocked by our district). I use Classroom Screen now for behavior points because Rooms is neither aesthetically pleasing nor easy to use.

I can’t log in
My school switched to this app and I can log in to rooms app with a password or my google but Thrillshare doesn’t let me log in with neither, I don’t understand why is this app not working properly!!!!
