Keeps saying incorrect password on my iPad even though the keychain is filling the form! Finally just deleted the app from the iPad since it would never accept my password.Truly Yours 2

Interface is completely non-intuitive. App does not let me reset password, and when I do it through the browser, the app STILL says it's incorrect. Awful.jedo72

It needs to be overhauled from the user experience side. For example customers using the storefront feature have to look through pages of t-shirts to find the one they as each size and color has to be entered. No "select color" or "select size" available.MonkWise

Solves ZERO problems
The existing face board web interface is better for checking members in. Most members pay online or for me, we are 100% cash so this is worthless.
What we need is an actual staff-focused POS app to enter in payments and memberships, that is a problem that needs a solution, like yesterday. Mind Body has offered this for 2 years while Zenplanner releases a membership app 2 years after it was needed, with missing functionality.
Please, create an app that we actually need: user friendly iPad based membership and retail payment management that saves service staff from the confusion of the actual zen planner backend.corbeyluv

Half Baked
I am not quite sure what the problem is, but on a fairly new iPad text is displaying white on white backgrounds or in text boxes. Lite grey on white is a poor choice for UI. So much hype, so many things wrong. Really been trying to work with Zen Planners quirks over the past few months but this is not excusable.philthy
